Mr. Unknown thought M.S. could increase her strength with a male body, so he gave her a life-time-supply of it, by telling her how to make it. she usually has at least a little vial or necklace charm that is filled with it. A tiny drop is enough to change her female parts to male. It lasts for as long as she stays awake. If she sleeps, it wears off. M.S. doesn't really use it for strength, she uses it as an excuse to keep from using a strap-on.
