The Static is something M.S. hears in the middle of the night when no one is up. this static sounds as like a calling or a reminder to go do her job. if she ignores it and tries to go back to sleep, The Static will get louder and louder until it is unbearable, she never stays asleep that long. It sounds when no one else is awake in the house, but also sounds at that same time when there are people out on the streets. Prey she could easily pick off. If she wanted harder prey, she could get people inside houses. That's only if she wanted to. And going to heavily populated areas and killing every single being there, is a double bonus. Going to an imprisonment center (jail) is a triple bonus. Not because it's a big place, but because of how many police crawl the area, and risking your identity is dangerous. M.S.'s mask is equipped to stay on her during battle, to her luck.
