Edan woke the next morning feeling ready to fight, today was the day of the Tournament. Where every kingdom sends their best warrior to fight.
Winner got the satisfaction of winning, not the best prize. Edan got dressed in his black top with black pants. When he finished he saw Elsa still asleep.
The tournament wasn't until noon so he still had to have breakfast. Meals at the Northern Isles was determined on the time of day. There would be food laid out on a table in the dinning hall with different servings.
Edan decided he would let Elsa sleep a little longer. He left the room quietly and began walking toward the dinning hall. He grabbed a plate with food on it, and sat down at a table. He was almost done when Hans followed by two of his brothers came into the hall. Hans looked over at Edan and smirked.
The three brothers walked over to where the food was being handed out. A minute later a plate was placed across from him, Hans sat down. Edan did not look up at him, he continued to stare at his food.
"It really is a wonderful day outside." Hans said. "The perfect day to be crushed."
Edan didn't pay attention to him, but he thought he should scare Hans a little. "So did your brothers tell you how I beat all 12 of them in less then 10 minutes?" Edan asked. He still didn't look up but he could tell Hans had a look of fear. "I thought so."
Hans immediately picked up his plate and walked away. Edan finally looked up to see him walking towards his brothers, Hans was clearly angry.
Once Edan had finished he left the dinning hall. He walked back to his room to find Elsa sprawled out over the bed. Still sleeping.
Now he had to wake her up, or she would miss breakfast.
"Elsa." Edan said shaking her lightly. "Elsa wake up." There was a low moan coming from Elsa, but she still didn't wake. "Elsa if you don't wake up in the next minute... I may have to wake you my way." Edan said in a threatening tone. He had only had to wake up Elsa his way once before, she did not like it.
"Fine you asked for it." Edan knelt down next to Elsa and put his hands together. He rubbed his hands together creating heat, he placed his hand on Elsa back.
Elsa stirred a little, seconds later she was fully awake. She sat strait up in her bed and instantly pushed Edan off the bed. "What in the name of sanity are you doing?" Elsa almost shouted, but was in complete rage none the less. At least she was awake.
"You weren't waking up, so I had to wake you up...my way." Edan said standing back up. Elsa was still shocked from the extreme temperature difference. Since Elsa's body temperature was lower than normal and Edan's is higher than normal, when the two come in contact for a longer period of time... well let's just say it's good for waking people up.
"I still cant believe you did that." Elsa said rubbing her back. "It hurts."
Edan raised his hands defensively. "You were going to miss breakfast, and at this rate the tournament."
Elsa rolled her eyes as she got out of bed. Edan left to let Elsa get changed. Kristoff and Anna soon joined him in the hallway. "Morning Edan." Anna said with a yawn. "Where's Elsa?"
"Getting changed." He replied. "Oh and try not to upset her, I had to wake her up." Edan whispered.
Anna nodded, Rose began to squirm in Anna's arms.
"Why is it that Rose does not like to be carried?" Edan asked.
"Honestly." Anna started. "I will never know."
Edan chuckled. The door to Edan and Elsa's room opened and Elsa walked out wearing her blue dress. "Good choice." Edan said with a wink.
Elsa hit him playfully in the arm. Although Edan had already eaten, he still joined the others while they ate.
