Another Weasley

Chapter 10

I finally got a response back. Tomorrow was break. Draco assured me that his father and mother were fine with me staying, despite being a Weasley. The letter I got back was;

" Zack,
Fred and George tell me that you weren't going to go to Blaise's House, but the Malfoy's. If they are lying you can go, if not, you can still go. I don't want to ruin your vacation, even if you will be staying with them. Have a nice break!
Mum and dad"

I practically run up to Draco.

" DRACO!!" I shout.

He looks at me weirdly and curiously walks up to me. I tripped over my foot and fell down in the common room.

" What?" He demands.

" My parents said I could come over to your house for the holiday." I huff standing up.

" Great! I told my dad you were coming either way.. so all well!" He says.

I smile and begin packing. I packed everything except my outfit for tomorrow. And as Draco did say, all was well. For now at least. For the time being, I decided to go down to Hagrid's to say hi, and maybe ask him about the three headed dog and the trapdoor.. I arrive and knock on the door three times. He answers almost immediately. Which was good.

" Zack!" He says.

We beckons me in and I settle down.

" So Hagrid, I have a question about something I encountered the other day. On my way back to the Slytherin common room, I accidentally got lost and stumbled into a room. In that room was a three headed dog on a trapdoor. Do you know what's under that trapdoor?" I ask.

He nods. " Can't tell ya. Dats between me, Dumbledore an' Nikolas Flamel." He says.

" Nikolas Flamel, the one that owns the philosopher's stone? The elixir of life?" I ask.

" Shouldn't of told ya that." He mutters to himself.

I chuckle. " Hagrid it's ok. If it's guarding the Philosopher's Stone it must be important." I say. " Anyway, I hope you enjoy the break, have a Happy Christmas."

He nods. " Same ter ya Zack." He says.

I smile and head back up to the castle. Night was falling and I didn't want to loose points for my house. Besides, tomorrow I'd be leaving for the Malfoy Manor.
