Chapter 23

So apparently we tied only thanks to me for getting 50 points for " Being brave and always staying bright even when they always knew something bad was happening. For being the light of the group while staying strong and using logic." It wasn't really what I was then, but ok! If we tie we tie. We were on the train on the road home. Me and Draco were sitting in a compartment with Neville and Seamus. I convinced him to do so. Two Slytherins and two Gryffindors. We talked and I think Draco eventually became friends with them. They were good kids and Draco was warming up to Gryffindors. Despite calling them Gryffindorks. I was wearing one of the black muggle tuxes he got me for Christmas. My hair was Platinum and my eyes were yellow. Natural colors. The train stopped with a jolt causing Seamus and Neville to fall onto us. We laughed once they did. Draco was laughing hardest. Once he saw his father he put on a very serious face. He walked out. Then me and the guys. He said his dad would kill him if he was seen talking to them. So we promised anytime we were around him and his father. We'd act like we hated him. But we were all good friends. I walked up to my parents and they smiled.

" The Malfoy's bought you this?" She asks.

" For the Christmas party yes." I say.

My hair had returned to ginger and my eyes a dark maroon.

" How was it?"

" It was very nice. I saw the Minister, some Aurors. Fenir Greyback, the Assistant Minister, head of the Department of Law Enforcement, head of the Department of Mysteries, other rich families." I say ticking them off.

They didn't notice when I said Fenir so that was good. Ronald and the Twins came over. Harry had met up with his Aunt and Uncle. I walked over as they smacked him over the head. I sigh and shake my head. Really a pain they were.

" Excited for next year?" My mum asked.

" As long as there isn't a crazy DADA teacher with Voldemort on the back of his head that was after a Stone protected by many enchantments including a three headed dog and a giant chess bored, then yea I may be." I say.

They all looked at me confused.

" You wouldn't understand it's too complicated to explain." I say waving my hands.

They smile, roll their eyes and shrug as we walk off to go home to the Burrow.
