Alyssa's POV:
I explained to Aiden what he had to do. He didn't even have to do much. He was more of a last resort. My plan would work perfectly. It had to.

{a few days later}
Nathan's POV:
Ava and I were at Starbucks again. She insisted on paying this time, so she went up to order while I got us seats.
"I got you a mocha latte and an orange scone." She said as she put everything down on the table.
"Thanks!" I tried to say but the orange scone muffled my voice.
"No problem." Ava giggled. "I need to pee. Be right back!" She informed me as she ran off to the bathroom. The one thing I didn't understand about that girl was her bladder issues!
Then Alyssa walked in. She sat down in the seat Ava had been sitting in.
"Hey Nathan." She greeted.
"Oh hey. You know Ava's sitting there already, right?" I made sure she knew so maybe she'd leave.
"I don't care." So much for her leaving.
"Where is she, anyway?" Alyssa asked. I doubted she really cared, but at least she was making an effort.
"The bathroom." I responded. She looked over my shoulder at something and gave a slight nod, but when I looked there was nothing. I must have just imagined it.
"Why are you dating her anyway?" She asked with a look of disgust.
"Well, she's nice, pretty, smart, friends with my friends, and likes me back. I don't know why whenever you talk about her you look disgusted. She has positive qualities you'll never have." I spat.
"Woah, no need to defend her. I was just asking." She surrendered.
"Sorry. It just bothers me when you treat her like a piece of trash." I confessed.
"I know it does. I'm sorry for hurting you. I would never hurt you on purpose." Alyssa apologized. She got up and walked over to me and sat on my lap. I started to protest, but she shushed me and smashed her lips against mine.
Of course as soon as she did, Ava walked back in.
"What are you doing Nathan?"
