There are certain parts that people want to hide about themselves. She was just better at suffocating these parts.

He once caught her with her hair in a bun, no makeup on and wearing an oversized jumper.

Judging from the nervous side glances and quick walking, this side of her wasn't often embraced.

She wanted to conceal it. He wanted her to embrace it.

He liked that side of her, the vulnerability. She obviously didn't.
