Veronica's POV

The award show was about to begin, I was making my way to my seat. Justin was going backstage since he was giving out rewards. As I was walking to my seat I spotted tons of celebrities. I started fangirling on the inside. I spotted my seat and walked towards it, I was sitting in between Lana Del Rey and Selena Gomez. I made my way past Selena, she smiled and so did Lana. I smiled sweetly and sat down.

"Hello, I'm Lana" She spoke kindly.

"Hi! I'm Veronica, I'm honestly a huge fan!" I said and smiled widely.

She cooed and smiled.

"And I'm Selena"

"Trust me, I know. I'm a fan of yours too!"

She giggled and softly smiled.

I finally felt like I belong.

"Do you wanna exchange numbers? We can chill sometime soon" Selena asked.

I smiled and grabbed my IPhone from my sliver clutch and handed it to Selena. We typed in our numbers in eachother's phone.

"Oh, do you have Justin's number by any chance?" She asked.

"Y-yeah, I do"

"Well, can I have it?"

"Um, I'm not aloud to give his number out to anyone without his permission" I said and gulped.

"Do you mind asking?" She asked.

I didn't wanna reject her since we just met, so i agreed and took out my phone from my clutch.

To: Justin

Um, Selena is asking for your number...should i give it or not?

From: Veronica.

My phone instantly vibrated.

To: Veronica

Uh, I don't see why not.

From: Justin.

I faced Selena.

"He said no" I blurted out.

"Oh, that's uh fine" She said with a soft smile.

I didn't wanna give Justin's number out...you could say I'm jealous..

"Welcome everyone to the 2012 award show!" Justin yelled into the microphone.

I smiled and faced the front stage.

"Let's start the awards shall we?"

Everyone cheered.

"Now I-I'm gonna be announcing the awards so pay attention!"

Everyone cheered once more.

"Now the first award is for the best female and male actor."

A picture of Jennifer Antison and Adam Sandler appeared on the huge screen.

"This award goes to Jennifer Antison and Adam Sandler!" Justin yelled.

The first part was a bit boring since it was all about movies.

"And now for the music!" Justin cheered.

I sat up straight and prayed that I would get an award.

"This award is for the best female singer!"

I waited impatiently for my picture to pop up on the screen.

"This award goes to...Veronica Jade!"
