Dice POV

"So uh, which way to your home again?" He asked me. "Hehe, put me down and i'll lead ya there." "Aren't you still hurt??" He asked. "Yes." "Then just tell me which direction." He demanded. "Fine.." i said and hold him close.

-time skip-

"I don't see a house anywhere.." he said and put me down gently. "Look up, Devious." I said and points towards a big tree. "Whoa, you lived in a tree house??" He said, shocked. "Um, yea. Why?" "I've always wanted to live in the trees." He replied. "Well, you can stay here for the night." I offered him. "A- are you sure?" He asked and scratched the back of his head. "You did save me back there and I bet you're pretty hungry after that fight." I said and smiled a bit. "I just hope im not troubling you so much.." "troubling me?? No, no your not. You bought me a sitrus berry, so i'll cook somethin for ya." I replied. "You can cook?" He said and tilt his head. "Yeah I can, c'mon lets get in." I said and went into my tree house. Devious followed me soon after. "Whoa, your place is huge, why'd ya made it so big?" He asked me, still looking around. "Well, uh, Zapdos was once my friend.." "Wait.... WHAT?!" he replied in shocked. "I- its true.. he was my only friend.." i said and sat on the sofa next to me. "But, you said he always bully you.. and that you live alone.." he told me. "He wasn't like that years ago.. and yes, i've been living here alone for years. He's always away and i was looking forward for his arrival.." i replied and grip my other arm.

Devious POV

I went silent, not knowing what to say. "What did he did to you..." i asked and sat beside him. "He, started to be rough towards me. He changed somehow.. I missed the old him.." he replied and began to cry. "H-hey, don't cry." I said and wipe away his tears. "Look, i might not know you nor him as much as you guys know each other but one thing that i know is that, i will be here by your side no matter what." I said and started to blush. "T- thanks, i'll be in the kitchen, cooking you something to eat." He said and left.

-few hours later-

I sat on a branch of the tree while waiting for Dice to finnish cooking. Im still trying to make sense of what Dice told me about Zapdos. "Devious, its done. C'mon, lets eat." He said. "C-coming." I said and get back in the tree house. "Wow, smells lovely. And it looks yummy too." I said, staring at the food he made. "Well, whatdya waiting for, go ahead and eat." He said. I started to eat mostly everything he cooked. "You should be a chef, Dice. Its soo good." I said and took a bite on my food. He chuckled a little. I noticed he was staring at me and havent eaten his food yet. "Hey, why are you staring at me, and arent you hungry??" I ask him. "Huh wh-, s- sorry for staring.." he said and started to blush. "C'mon the faster we finnish here, the faster we can get some rest." He said and start to eat. I just nodded.
