Discharged

"Anna has shown incredible recovery and will be discharged shortly.", the doctor said as he smiled at Anna. Anna smiled back weakly. Alex tried to grab Anna's hand but failed as she slipped it away and smacked it lightly across his face. Alex winced as he rubbed his face until the pain subsided as Anna giggled uncontrollably. "What was that for?" Alex said as he frowned at Anna. Anna simply pinched Alex's cheeks and looked the other way. Alex huffed as he stomped around the room before coming back to his original position. 

Little did they know they had a peeping tom staring at them.

Anna felt someone's gaze burning into her neck as she glanced around. "Something wrong princess?", Alex asked. Anna mentally cringed at the nickname as she shook her head. They went back to chatting.
