Jack Johnson
We've been waiting in the waiting room of the hospital for about thirty minutes, no word.
It took me about five minutes to fill out the papers for Tiffany; just basic information they needed.
"Tiffany Johnson." A lady maybe mid-thirties said, she was in a white coat; guessing she's a doctor.
We all stood up.
"Okay woah, family?" She said.
Woah was right, we had eight people not including Wesley.
"I'm her brother," I said quickly and she nodded and then nodded her head to the side.
We stepped to the side a little but not really far from everyone.
"Is she okay?" I ask quickly.
"So far, yes." She said and I let out a huge sigh of relief, "She was unconscious when she arrived here, we had to run test and X-rays; hence why you signed allowing us to do test and x-rays and she had a broken leg and a sprained wrist."
"Is she awake now?"
"No," she shook her head. "We need to set her leg." I gave her a confused look, saying I didn't understand. "The break on her leg was a clean break, but the bones aren't aligned right at the moment; we need to have a mini surgery, you could call it to move the bones properly so it is easier and less painful till a real surgery."
"Okay, why can't we just have the real surgery now?" I asked confused.
"Because we don't have the surgeon here and we can't when she is out like this just for a broke leg; we wouldn't want her waking up to us cutting open her leg to do what is needed."
"So do the 'mini surgery'," I said and she nodded. "What does this consisted of basically?"
"Well, we are basically moving the bones to line up as close as possible and putting a pin in to hold the bones together, and stop them from moving." She explained. "Then when we have the surgery the pin will be taken out, and get a cast then be removed soon then a new one after a check up."
"Alright." I nodded.
"So we are going to do the mini surgery and set the bones,"
"How long will that take?"
"Not long, I will come get you."
"Alright, thank you." I said and shook her hand.
"No problem, I will be back soon."
She walked away and I went back to everyone. They all had concerned looks.
Jack Gilinsky
JJ had been talking to the doctor for a while now. By the looks of it she has been talking more than him, I don't know if that is a good sign or a bad sign. But I know everything must be alright because Johnson is not crying, and he isn't freaking out either.
Finally JJ came back, "So what's happening?" I asked as he sat down across from me- back in the chair he sat in early.
Everyone looked at him for the answered. "The doctor said she will be fine,"
"Oh thank god." I said and everyone gave their own version of it.
"But she is still out," JJ said and stopped all of out relieved faces. "She has a sprained wrist and a broken leg, they are doing basically a mini surgery to set the bones and putting a pin in to keep them in place." JJ explained. "It was a clean break."
"How long till we can see her?" Sammy asked.
"She said not long," JJ answered.
We all sat there for maybe five minutes till two cops came. "Wesley Tucker?"
Wesley stood up. "Yes, that's me."
"We need your statement from the accident. Can you come over here will us?" One of the cops said.
"Sure," Wesley said and walked off a little kinda over to where JJ was with the doctor.
