Everyone seems to be silent. They never imagined the importance of the mission except for Dr. Jennifer. The 1.5 trillion dollar bonus speaks heavily of the gravity of the mission.
Sasha gets up and head towards the centre...
"Anyone got any further questions ?"
Ethan : I would like to know what's Enceladus like ?
Sasha : I think Mr. Dev Patel could give us an insight on Enceladus.
Dev stands up. He hates giving presentations. He believes its the worst part of him. He always knew he is nervous around his audience.
Dev : Enceladus is the sixth-largest moon of Saturn. It is about 500 kilometers in diameter about a tenth of that of Saturn's largest moon, Titan. Enceladus is mostly covered by fresh, clean ice, making it one of the most reflective bodies of the solar system. Consequently, its surface temperature at noon only reaches −198 °C (−324 °F), far colder than a light-absorbing body would be.
Ethan : And what's about its gravity ?
Dev : 0.00113 g. Much much much lower than Earth's Moon.
Aadil : Then how are we supposed to look for the goddamn microbe in such low gravity ?
Dev was about to speak but was interrupted by Jennifer.
Jennifer : We don't have to worry about that. Our mission on Enceladus is going to be very short. We go down, extract the microbe and we are back. We have specially designed spacesuits which would help us during our stay in Enceladus.
Sasha : Not all of us are gonna land on Enceladus. Only a few of us have to go out there to extract the microbe.
Ethan : Enceladus seems to be one son of a bitch.
Everyone bursts out in laughter except for Miss Sasha. The atmosphere lightens up a little bit.
Sasha : I think we are all done here. I will be heading towards the cockpit to check everything. Mr. Aadil I would like to you to accompany me.
Aadil : Sure. Miss Sasha.
Dev : I will head towards my chamber. I need some more beauty sleep.
Amelia : Oh my God ! Wasn't one and a half year of sleep enough for you ?
Dev : Actually I don't like to be around people much. I tend to spend my time alone.
Dev gets up, grabs his tablet and goes out of the room.
SAI : I should go to the cockpit and help Miss Sasha and Mr. Aadil.
Jennifer : SAI I would like to have a talk with you.
Both of them start to head towards the right corner of the room
SAI : Yes Jenny ?
Jennifer : Why didn't you wake up Sean early , like you did to me ?
SAI : Jenny I have been monitoring everyone's health from the Mission Control and everyone was doing fine. I think Mr Sean couldn't survive the sudden sleep break from Hiber-Sleep.
Jennifer : That seems strange. But I guess I believe you.
SAI : Thanks Jenny. I should go now.
Jennifer still not satisfied with the answers, decides to do some further investigation on the matter.
The rest of the crew seems to be enjoying everyone's company.
Amelia : So Mr. Biologist, why are you here ?
Ethan : Because I was chosen, I guess.
Amelia : Is that all ?
Ethan : And they said I will be paid heavily.
Amelia : So you are in here for the money.
And Mr. Jacob Caine, the greatest scientist of the 23rd century, what brings you here ? Aren't you already one of the richest persons alive ?
Jacob : Adventure, perhaps. I may be one of the richest person alive but the thrill of outer space travel, nothing can beat it.
Jennifer : Amelia ? What's your motivation ?
Amelia : Im neither here for money nor for the adventure. Im here for the sake of humanity. I served in the III World War, I have already seen all 'adventure' and I have enough money. Im just here to help you all achieve success in this mission.
Jacob : You seem to love humanity a lot.
Amelia : When you have seen thousands of persons getting killed infront of your own eyes, you tend to understand the importance of life automatically.
Ethan : Jennifer ? What brings you here ?
Jacob Caine : She is the one that discovered the microbe while studying the ecology of Enceladus.
Jennifer nods her head in confirmation.
Jennifer : I was the first to be chosen for this Mission.
Ethan : So that means you are the most important person of this Mission. You better take good care of yourself.
Meanwhile in the cockpit, Captain Aadil Khan and Mission Director Sasha Karpov seems busy taking care of all the controls of the spacecraft.
Sasha : How's everything in the navigation system ?
Aadil : Everything seems right on track.
Sasha : And Communications ?
Aadil : Communication at the moment seems to be down for some reason. But im working on it.
SAI joins Sasha and Aadil at the cockpit.
SAI : Can I be of any help ?
Aadil : Can you have a look at the Comms. Maybe you can bring it back to work.
SAI : Sure Sir. I will do my best.
Sasha while monitoring at the incoming solar winds notices something unsual. She seems tensed.
Aadil : Mam, is everything okay ?
Sasha : Have a look at this incoming solar wind.
Aadil : Uh Oh ! That's a 8.7 keV solar flare coming right towards us at approximately 950 km/s. We have to inform everyone.
Sasha takes the microphone and announces....
Everyone, this is Mission Director Sasha. We are about to be hitten by a solar wind in 10 minutes. Please hurry and come to the cockpit.
