After getting to Kate's house, we showered (together), ordered some Chinese food at our favorite Chinese place, and layed down on the couch in her living room and watched some TV. I guess it was kinda relaxing besides the fact that one of our friends tried to kill our other friend.
(Kate)" Hey babe, can you get my more soda?"
(Wade)" Sure."
I grab her cup and walk towards her kitchen. I open the refrigerator and grab the soda. When I close it, I see a note from Kate's parents on the refrigerator telling Kate to not have parties or have anyone over. I found it kinda funny. I also see another paper on the refrigerator. This time it was a drawing. A drawing of man with pale white skin with no face standing in the middle of a forest. It looked familiar but it didn't know why.
(Wade)" Kate, why do you have this drawing on your refrigerator?"
I show her the drawing.
(Kate)" I don't know. Just throw it away."
Instead of throwing it away, I folded it up and put it in my pocket. I didn't know why, I just did. I pour Kate and myself a cup of soda, walk over to her, and sit down.
(Kate)" Oh by the way, I didn't tell you this yet but I think you were awesome for saving Skye from Andrew. It was really brave."
(Wade)" Thank you but that's the thing, I saved her from Andrew. He's my best friend. Well now, he was my best friend. I didn't think in a million years this would happen."
(Kate)" I know. Me neither, I'm sorry."
She looks over at me but then she gives a confused look at me.
(Wade)" What happen?"
(Kate)" Your bleeding through your nose."
(Wade)" What??"
I get quickly and walk to a mirror in the living room. My nose was bleeding alot. I grab a tissue from a nearby table in the living room and wipe my nose a lot.
(Wade)" What the fuck?"
(Kate)" Are you okay?"
(Wade)" Yeah but the weird thing is I haven't gotten a nose bleed since I was like 7 years old. Its probably nothing."
I finish wiping my nose, throw away the tissue and sit next to Kate.
(Kate)" When you want to go see Danny tomorrow?"
(Wade)" We could see him around the time we wake up, I want to see how he's doing."
(Kate)" Okay."
Kate lays her head on my shoulder and we continue watching the movie.
