Lin Manuel Miranda x reader LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT

chapter 1~ good feelings

(lets pretend like he isn't married and stuff)

(3rd person)

you were a young actress looking for a job in New York City... you loved broadway and everything about it, but you love in the heights (pre hamilton) a lot I mean A LOT and you didn't have enough money to see it but it was number 1 on your bucket list. You were on your way to an audition for dear evan hansen when you trip and fall and a man in his mid thirties helps you up slowly. He says "Hello... quite a fall you had" you say "...yeah..." you give him a look and he says "I'm lin manuel miranda" you whisper to yourself "oh my god" he said "oh... its okay i know" and then you both laughed he said "whats your name and where are you going?" you say "oh, I'm ______ and I'm heading to go audition for dear evan hansen" Lin says "oh, I'm headed there too, my friend Alex lacamiore (sorry if I butchered that lol) is working on it" you say "oh... cool" you guys are walking together, chatting and laughing then you suddenly feel his hand grasp yours an you feel immediately happy. He says "is this okay" you say "of course" he says in a soft voice "I wanna see your audition" you reply "of course!!!" you eventually arrive at the theatre and you go to your audition. Lin  looks at you with sweet eyes and smiles while you are singing "Requiem". After the audition he says "Wow you have a great voice!! I am actually writing a musical about Alexander Hamilton and we need and Eliza Hamilton, hamilton's wife for the role.. I was wondering if you would be interested" you have a grin on your face and then you say "oh my god... yeah you went to the whitehouse and performed it for the Obamas!!! I really liked it" you blush and look to the ground. He takes your hands and says " We should get dinner tonight.... maybe like, a date! is that okay??" you say "of course!" 

TIMESKIP TO LATER THAT NIGHT

Later that night he shows up to your apartment and you go to a nice Italian restaurant and talk about life, order drinks, food, and hold hands from across the table. Its like you were soulmates. About an hour later you walk out of dinner and Lin invites you to his apartment and have desert and more drinks. you guys don't need a cab because his apartment is only a couple of blocks away. You guys come arrive at his very nice apartment. you pass the lobby and eventually get onto the elevator and he pushes 20 and types in a code because it was a penthouse that he lived in. you were on the elevator holding hands... it was silent... but a good silent

(Lins POV)

____ and I were on the elevator and it was silent but it was good to know that she was there. I really really like her... I think I found the right one. We had 10 more floors to go and I just couldn't bear it anymore... I lean in for a kiss and immediately I know for sure she is the one, her soft lips, beautiful hair, and wonderful personality, and SHE CAN SING!

(your POV)

Lin Manuel Miranda just kissed me. wow thats the greatest thing that I have ever experienced in my whole life. Our heated kiss is interrupted by the sound of the elevator telling us that we have arrived. the door opens to a beautiful penthouse and my jaw drops and then Lin kisses me on the cheek and goes and fixes us some drinks and snacks and I sit on the couch and shortly after Lin sits down on the couch and takes my right hand and gently kisses it. I blush and then he takes my hands and holds them nervously asking me "_____, I-I really like you a-alot and I was wondering if you wanna be my girlfriend" I immediately responded with a "YES!!" and  I pull him into another heated kiss and eventually we end up in his bedroom and this experience is like nothing that I've ever experienced in my whole entire life. 

TIMESKIP TO THE NEXT MORNING

(Lins POV)

I wake up cuddling next to my beautiful lover _____ and then I let her sleep a bit longer because it was Saturday and so I kissed her lightly on the forehead and went down and made us some breakfast, nothing elaborate, just some waffles and bacon.

(your POV)

I wake up to an empty bed and smell waffles. I smile and think "I'm so glad that I fell yesterday. I love Lin so much" It was unusual for me to have such strong feelings for a person this quick but with Lin anything is possible. I wrap myself in a blanket and walk downstairs to see Lin making breakfast He immediately sees me and gets me some clothes from his room. He gave me an in the heights sweatshirt and some sweatpants. I love this man so much.
