Much Needed Catching Up!

The next morning Chris woke me up, "Good morning beautiful!"

He kissed me on the check, "Good morning Chris! Well then if we are ever going to meet Zach and Karl then I've got to get ready!"

Chris: "Well then you better get going! It takes you forever!"

Mia: "Please it only takes me thirty minutes." Chris rolled his eyes, "Hey your not a girl and you don't have long thick curly messy hair to work with."  I went into the bathroom to get ready. I straightened my hair, brushed my teeth, and did my makeup.

I came out of the bathroom and saw that Chris was 'sleeping', "I wonder what I am going to wear today, It would be nice if I had a second opinion."

Chris immediately sprang up out of bed and walked over to me, "Well I like this black dress."

He held up a black maxi dress, "I like it to! Now the shoes."

Chris grabbed my favorite sandals, "How bout these?"

I squealed with joy, "Yes! Those would go perfect with that dress!!"

I grabbed a white leather jacket and my favorite purse and went into the bathroom to change.

I came out of the bathroom, "What do you think?"

Chris looked at me for a sec, "You look beautiful!"

Mia: "I need my red lipstick!" I went over to one of my other purses and grabbed my red lipstick, "There that's perfect! Now you go get dressed and fix your hair."

Chris: "My hair is fine!"

Mia: "Umm no I am not going out with you looking like that!"

Chris: "Well the you fix it."

Mia: "Fine but go get a shirt on and get some jeans."

Chris: "Yes mom." I rolled my eyes and he went into the bathroom. He opened the door a few seconds later, "Hey Mia, can you grab me a shirt. I don't care what it is."

Mia: "Yeah sure." I looked through his shirts until I found one. It was a really pretty bright red.

I handed it to him, "Thanks."

Mia: "Yeah no problem!"

He came out and I through his shoes at him and started to fix his hair. He was taller then me, "Hey I need you to sit down I have short people problems."

Chris: "Yes cause we all know that your short."

Mia: "Nahh I'm just fun size. Now sit down!"

Chris: "Okay okay!"

I fixed his hair and he put his shoes on, "Come on lets go. I'm going to drive!"

Chris: "Ohhh no your not" I'm driving!"

Mia: "You don't have the directions on your phone!" 

I waved my phone in his face, "Fine! But you don't have the car keys."

Mia: "Umm I hate to inform you Captain Kirk, but I do have the keys to the U.S.S. Enterprise."

Chris: "Oh well then I guess that makes you Captin."

Mia: "Let's go Kirk. Bones and Spock are waiting for us."

We both jumped into the car and drove over to a little bistro down the street form the hotel.

Karl got up from the table and hugged me, "Hey sweetheart! How are you doing today?"

Mia: "I'm much better today! Where is Zachery?"

Karl: "He is coming. Kat and my wife wanted to have some girl time so they could know each other better. So he dropped her off at the hotel."

Mia: "Okay sounds good!"

Chris said, "I'm hungry lets get a table and eat."

I said, "Chris your always hungry!"

Chris: "Am not!"

Mia: "I'm not even going to argue cause your not worth it." I smirked at him and walked inside the bistro.

Karl asked the host if we could get a table outside. Clearly she didn't understand him so I had to steep in with my french. She understood me perfectly and we got a table out side.

Zachery came soon after we sat down and I said, "Zach!!" 

I ran and gave him a hug, "Hey hun! How are you?" 

Zachery: "I am good! Come over and sit down for a while we all have much to talk about." Once Zachery sat down the questions came flooding in. I calmed them down and helped them get food. 

We talked for about an hour and then I said, "I was wondering if we could go look at the shops down the street. They have a lot of cute clothes and shoes."

They all agreed and Chris rolled his eyes but I ignored him. We walked through the shops and I found a ton more clothes and shoes and a few accessories. Chris and I said goodbye to Zachery and Karl and we headed back to the hotel.
