Old Friends

The next morning I woke up in Chris's arms. I felt so safe, nothing could touch me. He was the first guy that really respected me. He took time to listen and I know that he would always be the one chasing after me. I could never love anyone but him. There was Alex, he seamed like a good guy but he was not the guy for me. I don't think he was really serious anyway. Once I found out that someone told him that I liked him I knew he wasn't worth it.  All he was going to do is break my heart I could scene it in him. He rushed things to much. I mean he kissed me on our first date we hardly knew each other! Now Chris on the other hand, I have known him for 20 years. He knew everything about me and I think I know almost everything about me. I could feel that he was the right guy for me. I really did love him.

Chris: "Well good morning beautiful."

Mia: "Morning Chris."

Chris: "What are we going to do today?"

Mia: "I was thinking to go sightseeing. It's so beautiful here! Maybe we could go past the castle."

Chris: "That sounds like fun. But tonight we are going to meet some people."

Mia: "And who are these people."

Chris: "Oh you know them."

Mia: "Well I'm sure I do but who is coming?"

Chris: "Some old friends."

Mia: "Please will you tell me please Chris!"

Chris: "Nope its a surprise!"

Mia: "Uggg!! Do you have to be this way?"

Chris: "Because. Go get dressed!!" He kissed me softly. I got out of bed and debated what to wear. I finally decided to wear my short black sundress with a black leather belt with a sunhat and a small black purse that looked like my white one and a pair of black sandals. I told Chris to get up and get ready. I went into the bathroom to put on my makeup, do my hair, and get dressed. I came out i and grabbed my hat and my shoes. I saw that Chris was still in bed. So I pulled him out of bed and pushed into the bathroom throwing his clothes at him. I sat down and turned on my phone. I saw that my sister sent me pictures of her moving in to her first apartment. I was so proud of her. I really wished that I was there to help her move in cause that's what big sisters do. I sent her a picture of me and told her that I was going sightseeing with Chris. She texted me back saying that she wanted pictures. I told her that I would.

Chris came out of the bathroom, "Your hair is all messed up Chris!"

Chris: "No its not!"

Mia: "Yes it is now come over here and sit down."

Chris: "Yes mom."

I rolled my eyes and started to fix his hair., "There now its fixed."

Chris: "What do I owe?"

Mia: "Oh my gosh! Lets go!!!" As I started to walk away he grabbed me around the waist and turned me around to kiss me. Then we walked out of the door. Once we got into the car I pulled out a map and pointed to the places that I wanted to go. I took so many pictures both on my phone and my camera. When we got to the castle we got a mini tour. We saw the courtyard and the welcome area. The tour guide couldn't take us anywhere else cause there was an important meeting going on. I was kind of bummed out but at least we got to see some of it. As we head back to the car I realized that it was 5:00.

Chris said, "Well we have an hour to burn! What do you want to do?"

I said, "Well I have to go back to the hotel and get ready."

Chris: "Oh you look fine."

Mia: "Chris!!"

Chris: "Okay, okay fine."
