Newborn Vampire

I woke up the next morning and saw that Andrew wasn't there. I sat up and looked at the clock it was 1:30 PM. I jumped out of bed and ran to my room I hopped in the shower. I hated sleeping in this late. I hopped out of the shower and grabbed some clothes that Rebekah let me borrow. I decided on the short shorts and a royal blue tank. I dried my hair and put it up in a messy bun and put on my normal makeup. I walked downstairs and found the kitchen. I opened the fridge to try and find some blood but it was all human. So I grabbed some orange juice. I shut the fridge and Damon was standing there I jumped back almost dropping the orange juice.

Mia: "Damon?"

Damon: "That would be me."

Mia: "You scared the crap out of me! And how did you get in here?" I looked though the cupboards looking for a glass. I finally found them and I poured myself a glass of orange juice.

Damon: "Oh I've been in the Mikealson house several times." He grabbed a blood bag out of the fridge. "Want some?"

Mia: "No I don't drink human blood."

Damon: "Your like my brother Stefan."

Mia: "Oh your brother only drinks animal blood?"

Damon: "Yep. He went all Ripper when he was on the human stuff so he stopped and drank animal blood."

Mia: "Interesting."

Damon: "What's your reason?"

Mia: "I killed one human and almost killed myself afterwards."

Damon: "Oh suicidal."

Mia: "Yeah well I would love to stay and talk but I have to go deal with a newborn vampire."

Damon: "Can I come?"

Mia: "No cause he doesn't know you so he will probably freak."

Damon: "Okay well maybe we can talk over a coffee soon before I have to leave."

Mia: "When do you leave?"

Damon: "In two days."

Mia: "Okay well how bout tomorrow?"

Damon: "Yeah sure. What time?"

Mia: "Eleven."

Damon: "Sounds good." I walked out of the kitchen and walked to my room to grab some shoes. I went with my black flip flops. I grabbed my purse and dialed my brother's number.

He answered, "Hey sis!"

Mia: "Hey where are you guys?"

Andrew: "Rebekah, Elijah and, I are at the house that we at last night. You might want to hurry Trey is freaking out. You can use my car it's out fount and the keys are on the dresser in my room."

Mia: "Okay I'm on my way." I hung up my phone and walked down the hallway to Andrew's room and grabbed his keys off the dresser. 

I walked out if the house and went to go unlock the car and Stefan walked in front of me. "Hello."

Stefan: "Hi. We really didn't get to meet last night. My name is Stefan Salvatore."

Mia: "Hi I'm Amelia, but everyone calls me Mia. Well I have to go take care of a newborn."

Stefan: "Do you guys need help?"

Mia: "Yeah sure why not just don't tell Damon."

Stefan: "Why?"

Mia: "He came over for a few minutes and asked and I said no."

Stefan: "Your secret is safe with me." We hopped in the car and drove to the mansion. I got out and I could hear Trey arguing. I could tell that he was scared. I ran into the house and found them with Stefan right behind me.

Trey was sitting on the floor, "What's happening to me? Why am I so hungry? Why does my head hurt so much?"

I sat down next to him, "Hey look at me."

Trey: "No!"

Mia: "Damn it Trey I'm trying to help you!" He looked at me. "Listen to me. I know your going to think I'm crazy but you died when you had my blood in your system."

Trey: "I'm dead? I died?"

Mia: "Yes you died but your not dead your a vampire."

Trey: "No I'm not!"

Mia :"Yes you are. You know that hunger that you feel. Yeah that's only going to get worse unless you drink blood."

Trey :"I'm not going to drink blood!"

Mia :"Well then your going to die. And this time I'm not going to be able to do anything about it." I took a blood bag out of my purse it was supposed to be for me but he needed it more. I ripped it open. "Now drink it."

Trey: "No!"

Mia: "Damn it Trey! Why do you have to be so difficult!" I stuck it up to his mouth and he started to drink it. "See it's not that bad."

He looked at me, "More!"

Mia: "I wish I had more but that's all I have if you want more you will have to go hunt for it." He started to scream in pain. I knew his fangs were coming in. His face got grey and he hissed at me. "Now you have to learn to control that or else all the pretty girls will be scared away." Everyone chuckled.

Trey: "How?"

Mia: "It's not easy but just concentrate and it will go away." He closed his eyes and his face went back to normal state. He opened his eyes and looked at me. "Well I do have to say that I am very impressed. I think your the easiest one that I have taught. And believe me I've come across a lot of newborns."

Trey: "How long am I a newborn?"

Mia: "For two months. We are in our strongest state because our human blood still lingers in our system. I'm going to need to go find a witch to make you a daylight ring so your can walk around in the day."

Trey: "Wait what!"

Mia: "Yeah so you will be secluded in this house until I find a witch."

Trey: "Can I see other people other than vampires?"

Mia: "No not yet. You don't have enough blood in your system to have that kind of restraint."

Trey: "What do you mean?"

Mia: "I mean that you will attack your friends because you don't have enough animal blood in your system."

Trey: "No I won't."

Mia: "Trust me I know from experience."

Trey: "Fine whatever."

Mia: "Now I'm going to go find a witch so you need you all to be quiet so I can locate one." I crossed my legs and closed my eyes I started to concentrate. Then Marietta showed up as my witch. I opened my eyes, "It can't be!"

Andrew said, "It can't be what?"

I looked at him puzzled, "Marietta is a witch."
