Chapter 4 - Strawberry Drink

After opening the door, there's this extremely handsome guy inside. "Daniel!" he greeted with a strong dialect, maybe stronger than what Daniel and Youngmin has.

"Why rescue me? I already broke the bars." he said, demonstrating how to remove the bars from the window.

Whatever Jinhoo told her about these guys, they're not false accusations.

"Let's go. We don't have much time left." Daniel said. Finally he's slightly panicking. Somi can finally confirm that he's just human, who can destinguish what's right and wrong.

As soon as they got to the ground floor, pigeon's are making such a riot, flying around the whole place. "Good Jihoon brought the pigeons." Daniel said before having his smile back.

So the pigeons are real.

"Kang Daniel! I won't let you get away with this!" this nun blocked the way, spreading her hands.

It was the nun who conducts the discipline drill who made him pick between doors and activity sheets. The person who tried teach him dicipline.

"Three years ago you were perfect, you were fixed when you got discharged. What happened to you?" she asked agressively.

"My pretences in front of you were considered perfect." he corrected. "I was discharged because I was good in pretending, not because you were good in teaching." he corrected, annoying the old woman more.

"My thoughts when I was told I'm a candidate to go out was, 'Once I'm out, I'll do everything you told me not to', but a hundred times worse. Still using the same car?" he asked randomly, playing with the hairpins.

"I'll contact your mother first thing. And then you'll see me again sooner than you think." she warned.

"That's not a good joke. I don't like it." he said before throwing papers around.

"What are Those?" The nun asked.

"Proof that you are taking all the money in your bank, leaving nothing to this institution. I checked your computer. Still using the same password, and same pin on your bank." he said be fore taking Kwon and Somi out.

But the guy was still throwing papers around. Somi caught one and red the transactions pretty clear.

Jung Grace transfered 100,000,000 won from Mount Carmen's official bank account to her own bank account. And several more transactions.

"This is...." She muttered, in a terrified low voice.

"Even if she tries to bring me up, all these evidence are scattered around. They'll think she's using me to hide her little business." Daniel said before going towards the parking lot.

Wait! Why are they heading towards the parking lot? Jinyoung was at the back, with the car.

"Jinyoung's at the back gate." she reminded Daniel.

"They're gone. The pigeons are the signal." he said before picking this white old car. The alarms went on, but as soon as Daniel opened it, he disconnected the alarms and hot wired the car.

"Get in." Hyeop, pulled Somi on the back seat. "Put your seatbelt. Daniel's driving." he warned in excitement.

The guards let then get out peacefully, thinking it's Sister Grace who's driving. Daniel took out this paper Samuel gave him.

"Listen up, I want you to wipe everything you touched. We don't want out finger prints on evidences. Just to be sure." Daniel instructed. Hyeop did as said.

But Somi's still absent minded.

"Good thing you broke the bars, now you'll take all the blame. They'll think you escaped the window as soon as the riot started." Daniel said, giving his cousin a high five.
