Chapter 18 - God Sejeong

The next day Sejeong came again just because she knew that Samuel would be there sleeping but her excuse to come is Daniel.

It was Jinyoung who answered the door. His hair was messy and he's wearing pajamas. His other hand holding a spatula. He was clearly cooking before she came.

"Who are you?" Jinyoung asked with his eyes half open, still sleepy.

"I'm Sejeong! I'm Daniel's..."

"What? Daniel's what?" Seongwoo interrogated.

"Just give me Daniel, will you?" she rudely entered pushing past Seongwoo. To her surprise Daniel's with Somi, slicing carrots.

Samuel's nowhere to be found though.

"Daniel!" Sejeong called, getting both Daniel and Somi's attention.

"Sejeong! You're here? Wait, a minute. I need to help out on this." he said raising the knife and carrots.

"Sejeong? You're Sohye's cousin?" Somi asked. "She wouldn't want you here." she faced her.

"Sohye? You're related to Sohye?" Samuel interrupted from the back. "Kang Daniel, did you know?" Samuel asked.

Daniel nodded.

"Then why would you bring her here?" Samuel asked in disgust. It was the worse feeling Sejeong has ever felt.

"She's not Sohye herself. Do you look at me and think I'm Seongwoo?" Daniel asked. "I'll rephrase that. Do you look in the mirror and see Jihoon?" he asked.

"Nope." Samuel answered.

"Just because she and Sohye are cousins, it doesn't mean they're the same person." Daniel said finishing up with the carrots.

"I don't care, I don't want her near me or Somi." Samuel said taking Sejeong's hand, pulling her outside. "You're not welcome here." he said harshly. It was too clear, Samuel hates her because of her cousin.

He slammed the door and then pulled Daniel to the terrace. "Dude! You're brilliant." he said jumping around Daniel.

"Ok, he's going crazy." Hyeop announced.

"If you date her, we'll have access with Sohye's plans. You really have a brain one step ahead of us." he complimented.

"But you just forced her out." Daniel gestured at the door.

"That's how she'll want you more. It's called forbidden love my dear cousin." Samuel started jumping around again.

Nobody knows for sure where he got his energy. He's not usually this hyper. At least that's how they knew him.

"But it's not me why she came." Daniel whispered, smirking at his clueless cousin.

"I don't like him hanging with Daniel." Somi disagreed. "What if Sohye sent her to spy on us?" She said.

"I'll check on that. Don't worry. I won't let anybody use me." Daniel reassured with a smile.

Daniel's smart and observant but hides it a lot, playing stupid. But now that Somi knew him, he's easier to trust.

"I better chase her." Daniel told them before storming out.

Samuel turned to Somi. "My cousins are such handsome beings." he said proudly with a victory sigh.

"I can already picture Seoul High worshiping them like gods." he added.

Seongwoo glanced at Somi, trying to give a blank expression but a charming one. There's no questions asked, or confirmation that Ong Seongwoo is handsome, charming, attractive, and all the synonyms related to that.
