Jack's POV

"what happened?" Matt asked Lily seeing as it is Nikki by the looks of it is going to pass out any second now.

"Well if you knew anything about motion sickness then maybe you'd understand." Lily scolded looking at Matt.

"Yeah I hate to burst your bubble but she's not afraid of roller coasters anymore...so you can look towards the silver lining!" Tori laughed. She seems nice enough but everything is a joke to her from what I've noticed...Lily's like that to, however she has so much compassion that she's drawn back to reality.

"Yeah Tori.....she never had a fear of roller coasters...like I said before if you understood motion sickness you'd understand. Motion sickness is basically where certain motions make you ill. Hence the current situation...and in Nikki's case she gets really bad headaches...she's discribed them to me before in vivid detail....but I'm actually trying to forget about that..Anyways she usually avoids roller coasters...but I guess she didn't wanna upset 'LOVERBOY'" she explained with a little bit of Matt directed anger.

"why didn't you tell me?" Matt asked

"because this was something you were really passionate about...so I didn't wanna ruin your fun...but....thanks to Lily I still made it out in just the Knick of time!" Nikki responded with a half smile.

"we'll talk about this later." Matt laughed before wrapping his arms around her.

I looked at Lily and just ginned...I'm not even sure why...but I couldn't stop the grinning.

"what's with the staring...you're making me uncomfortable!" she blushed. I never noticed until now but the way her cheeks reddened against her fair skin, and the way her long slightly wavy hair even like it was now in a ponytail reached not to far before her hips.

"you deserve to be stared at. your beautiful....and the whole world deserves to know that...." I stated getting a utmost random idea "My friend...Lily is the most beautiful girl I've ever layed my eyes on....so with that said...." now I was on a knee staring at the pink and embarrassed goddess in front of me. "Will you...maybe go out with me sometime?" her face emerged from the covering of her hands.

"Well duh! but why wait until now? you're leaving soon....I like you soooo much, it's crazy how fast my feelings for you have grown....but we only have a matter of hours left..." she said her voice shifting between an imbalance of excitement and shock to a sad sigh.

I took off the necklace I was wearing which used to belong to my grandfather. I put the necklace around her neck and asked "Wait for me? Magcon isn't going on much longer....and I promise I'll be back within a few weeks to take you on a real date."

"oh oh okay...." she muttered breaking out into a smile.

now the group of people who had gathered around us were clapping. Lily and I both turned to eachother and started laughing. Then we sealed the deal with the best kiss I've ever experienced.
