Some people say to expect the un-expected... But then if you do so, There won't be many surprises In life right? I hate it. i hate the way that life has given me so many expected things, like getting bullied, our mum leaving us or even my dog dyeing... Hey! its sad when a dog dies, i just am trying to say that for once in my life i want an un-expected thing to happen to me.

It's a 'normal' Thuesday lunch break as I walk out if my class to pack my bag my best friend Summer runs up to me.
" Hey"! I smile.
" Hey" she smiles.
" Okay we need to get in line for the canteen or we'll be in line for ages" she laughs getting out her money as we both line up for the canteen.
" Oh wait I want you to meet someone"! She smiles as she pushes past a few people.
" Riley, Joey"! She waves at two boys as they smile and walk over to her.
" Riley, Joey. This is Tahlia" She smiles as I smile at the two boys.
One of them which I'm guessing is Riley. He has blonde hair that comes just above his shoulders and these blue eyes that are memorising.
But no. This other boy Joey.. He had brown hair, brown eyes freckles. everything about him was totally gorgeous!
" Uhh.. Hi"! I smile.
" Hey" they both smile as they then grab their bags and continue on.
" Umm okay who were they"!? I ask.
" Well the blonde one, that's Riley my best friend and Joey he's my ex but I don't have any feelings for him anymore what so ever" she laughs.
" woah" I chuckle in shock.
" What"? Summer laughs.
" oh uhh nothing" I shake my head smiling.
This day... February 22nd was the start of everything..
March 1st
Finally a Thursday
You don't want to hear my typical morning routine, shower blah blah breakfast nah Thats a ceebs.
Anyway it's now 11:00am and my first class just started.
" Tahlia come sit with us" The girls in my class smile as I walk over and sit with them.
" So... How are you and Joey"?! Amber laughs.
" Wait what. How do you know about Joey"?! I freak.
" oh come on iv'e seen the way you look at him when he walks past"! they all giggle.
" No aha trust me, he doesn't even know me" i shrug.
" Well, I think you and him should get in"! Oceanah laughs.
In? what the fuck does that even mean?
" Well i guess-" i try to say something as my math teacher cuts me off.
" Tahlia please don't interrupt my class every lesson"! Mr hinton sighs as the whole class laughs. I put my head down and continue my work.
It feels like forever until the bell rings for home time. thank god. I pack up my things and shove them in my bag.
" See ya tomorrow" Amber smiles before walking off with her semi-popular group of friends. I smile as i begin to walk out of the school gates, Thankfully it was a friday tomorrow and Summer is coming over to mine cause Dad and my little brother won't be home for the whole entire night...PARTY!!! Nah jk we don't have any friends hahah.
I get in the car as dad asks me the usual trying to be the best he can.
" How was school" He smiles as we drive out of school and on the way home.
" Uh it was okay" I smile.
" Now are you sure you are going to be okay tomorrow night all alone"? Dad sighs.
" Dad i promise. I'm 15 i can look after myself for just one night" I chuckle.
" See that's the thing, Our fishing trip goes for longer then just 2 days, it's actually a whole week and i don't think you want to be left alone for a week"! Dad shakes his head.
" No Dad really it's okay, i won't do anything dangerous" I smile.
" okay if you say so" Dad smiles as we pull in to the driveway
As i hop out of the car i am greeted by my little brother Liam.
" You're Home"! He smiles.
i smile as i pick him up and swing him around.
" Wave bye to Francis"! I smile at Liam.
Francis was his babysitter, she's quite old but still a nice lady to be around. Liam, He's 4 years old and an absolute cutie, I love him to bits. I carry him inside and sit him on the couch.
" I'm going to go have a shower, after we can play okay"? I smile as Liam nods his head with a cute grin on his face. I drop my bag in my room and quickly have a shower, after i get changed into my pyjamas and tie my hair up in a messy bun.
" Okay time for dinner kids"Dad smiles as he puts 2 plates of lasagne on the table.
" Yummy" Liam giggles as i lift him up onto the chair.
" Thanks dad" I smile.
I feel sorry for dad. Mum left him for another man and ever since he really hasn't gotten over her. Liam doesn't even remember her but i do, She was kind and sweet but yet she left us all for someone else, i think that was the part that shocked me the most.
After dinner I put Liam to bed and grab my phone, i then sit on my bed and receive a phone call from Summer.
"Hello"? I smile.
" You wouldn't believe it"! she exhales.
"Believe what"? I ask.
" Joey asked who you were" she laughs.
" what does that mean"? i ask confused.
" Obviously he's interested in you"!! She laughs.
" Oh..." I blush.
" Anyway, I arranged for Riley and Joey to come over to yours tomorrow afternoon" She says sounding nervous.
" SHIT SUMMER"! I freak.
" What"?! She chuckles.
" Look, i have to go to bed, but you are so lucky i don't kill you" I laugh.
" I think he might like you" She says.
" He wouldn't Summer... Trust me" I sigh.
" Don't say that Tahlia and besides why else would he want to hang out"?! She laughs.
" Wait.. he wanted to hang out.. with me"? I take a deep breath.
" Uh yeh" She laughs.
" Holy shitballs" I laugh.
" Get some sleep, meet me tomorrow at the front gate" Summer laughs ending the call.
Holy shit. He wouldn't like me but.. could he?! Shittt i cant get over the fact they're coming over tomorrow afternoon. To my house!
