" Shh you'll wake her up"! Someone whispers as I flutter my eyes open looking around to see Tayla and Summer as Joey remains asleep next to me.
" Guys shh, don't wake him" I shake my head as I sit up rubbing my eyes.
" Well good morning to you too" Tayla chuckles as they both sit down next to me.
" Hey, so we are going to have a shopping day today is that chill"? Summer smiles as I look down at Joey still sound asleep.
" Yeah sounds fun" I nod as they cheer.
" Okay, we will go get ready and after shopping we are meeting the boys at Rohan's party"! Tayla cheers as they rush out of the room.
" Are they gone"? Joey whispers as his eyes remain closed.
" Yes" I chuckle as I lay down next to him.
" Don't leave me todayyy" Joey whines as he stares into my eyes.
" It's for like 8 hours and I'll see you tonight" I chuckle shaking my head.
" Okay" Joey smiles as he sits up. A random tear slips out one eye and slowly dribbles down my cheek.
" Crap, Tahls are you okay"?! Joey's eyes widen as he rushes over and sits next to me.
" I am okay"! I look confused as more tears dribble down my cheeks.
" Let it out darling" Joey whispers as he pulls me onto his lap and wraps his arms around me rocking me back and forth.
" Stop bottling it all up" Joey shakes his head.
" Joey..." I look up at him.
" I'm okay" I nod as I gently kiss his lips as he kisses back. He gently pushes me back onto the bed as our lips move in sync. Our breathing pattern increases as he kisses my neck leading back to my lips.
" Tahlia" Summer calls from down the hall. I pull away looking into Joey's eyes.
" Coming"! I call out as I kiss Joey one last time before running down the hall and into the bathroom to see Tayla and Summer both dressed and ready to go.
" Hurry up"! Summer laughs as I run into my room and quickly get changed. I walk back out into the hall to see Summer and Tayla walking out to the car.
" have fun hottie" Joey chuckles as He wraps his arms around my waist and passionately kisses me.
" I'll see you tonight" I blush as I walk downstairs and wave goodbye to Riley and walk out to the car getting in the backseat.
" Have you and Joey had sex yet"? Summer chuckles as Tayla begins to drive.
" Well... no" I shrug.
" You guys are so close, you will eventually" Tayla laughs as Summer plugs in her phone and turns on 'Wild Thoughts'.
I watch out the window as I watch different people in different cars.
" So uhm... Riley and Evey huh"? I sigh as Summer turns the volume down.
" I know right, I mean.. Riley has every right to be happy but Evey is a back stabbing bitch she did it to Joel 2 years ago" Summer rolls her eyes.
" Well let's just hope she doesn't do it to Riley huh"? Tayla shakes her head as she pulls into a park. We all load out as we walk into the shopping centre, walking around for about an hour in and out of different shops. We all bought a short dress as we walk to the food court.
" I'm getting KFC" Summer laughs as she skips over to KFC.
" What are you getting"? Tayla asks.
" I'm not sure, I'll have a look" I smile as I walk around and Tayla walks over to subway.
" Tahlia..." Someone calls as I turn around to face.... Braith.
" I-Uh Braith I can't talk to you right now. Not now... not ever" I shake my head as I walk in a different direction as he grabs onto my hand I yank it away and turn to face him.
" Listen, Tahlia. I didn't want to hurt you like that" He shakes his head.
" Stop being so pathetic" I shake my head as I come to a complete stop.
" I still want to be friends" He sighs.
" I don't" I roll my eyes.
" Please... Tahlia, one more chance" He shakes his head.
" I'm already dating someone else Braith, who actually cares about me and loves me" I sigh.
" Don't say that. I did love you"! His eyes widen.
" No... Braith, you never did" I shrug.
" Just forgive me" Braith looks into my eyes.
" I did... 6 months ago. Though not for you, for me" I shake my head.
" So are we good"?! He gently smiles.
" We aren't good... we're fine" I shrug grabbing out my wallet almost walking away as he grabs my hand again.
" Please Tahlia...I'm so.. so sorry" He sighs looking at me. Those eyes he would always used to give me, they'd always get me.
" Okay Braith. Fine. We're good" I nod gently smiling as he lets go of my hand.
" Thank you Tahls" He gently smiles.
" I have to go" I shake my head as he nods.
" I'll see you around" He nods as I smile and walk back to Tayla and Summer.
" Who was that guy you were talking to"?! Tayla asks.
" Just an old friend..." I gently smile as I take a sip of Summer's drink.
" Okay, It's almost time for the party. let's get ready and go" Summer smiles as we all agree walking to the car as we drive home and quickly get changed.
I have a feeling tonight will be hectic...
