Tahlia's p.o.v
I turn my head to see a familiar smiling face.
"Dylan"! I run up and hug him as he chuckles.
" God you haven't changed one bit"! He smiles.
" Is that a good or a bad thing"? I laugh as he laughs. Well god, Dylan has now got a 6 pick of abs, he no longer has a buzz cut and god his jawline and tan is fucking 100.
" Hey Natalia"! Dylan walks over to Natalia as her eyes widen.
" I know right" I whisper to her as she stares at Dylan who sits down next to us.
" So what brings you home hey Tahls"? Dylan smiles at me.
" Natalia I guess" I smile as he chuckles.
" You sure it wasn't Joey"? He wriggles his eyebrows at me.
" What, Joey Birlem"?I laugh.
" God no"! I shake my head.
" You sure"? Natalia gives me a look.
" guys, he probably doesn't even live here anymore and I had completely forgotten about him before you raised it" I roll my eyes.
" Oh well, How's LA"? Dylan smiles.
" Uh it's good I guess" I shrug as we all have a conversation. After we wave Dylan goodbye Natalia looks at me as Austin and Riley walk our way.
" So what's that on your arm"? She raises an eyebrow at me as I look at the number on my arm.
Austin cuts me off before I can say one word.
"- This guy in the water was totally digging her so she got his number" He laughs as he sits on the towel next to me as Riley sits next to Natalia.
" Oooo you aren't here for even a full day and someone's already hitting on you" Natalia laughs as I shake my head.
Once we get home from the beach I add the number into my phone but don't yet call it. This person felt so familiar and it was weird.
" Do you want to go out for dinner"? Austin walks into my room.
" Huh"? I chuck him a weird as look.
" No dumbass not like that I mean, Natalia and Riley want to know if you want to go get sushi" Austin shakes his head in disappointment as I chuckle under my breath.
" Yeah, actually sushi sounds good"! I smile as he helps me up from the floor.
" You ready to go? Riley will drive" Natalia smiles as I nod smiling and we all sit in the car, Natalia in the front and Austin in the back next to me.
" Now, I know it's dark but don't get up to anything dirty in the back there you two" Riley laughs as we begin to drive.
" As if, Tahlia's too fridget anyway" Austin laughs as I give him a pissed off look.
" She's not fridget" Riley laughs.
" What do you mean"? Austin asks looking at me.
" She's not a virgin" Riley and Natalia laugh.
" What! Tahlia who"?! Austins eyes widen as he looks me up and down.
" What, fuck off as if I'd tell you, I'm fridget anyway"! I turn my head away to look out the window as Riley laughs turning the radio up.
The song "Sexual" Comes on as I roll my eyes. I can't believe I had sex with Joey, I was such a fucking fuckgirl. I feel Austin's hand slowly slide onto my hand trying to hold it as I notice him about to cry. I give him a confused look as he shrugs me off gripping my hand tighter as I hold onto it. I'm worried about him to be honest, something is going on between him and Liana... Or maybe it's something else?
After 2 minutes I look up at him again. A small tear wells up in the brim of his eyes, hard to see because of the darkness but still able to.
" Austin"? I quietly whisper knowing Riley and Natalia won't hear me due to the radio being loud.
" Don't Tahlia... Please just don't" He whispers as he shakes his head, wiping the tear from his eye, this is the first time i've ever seen him cry. I give him space as he shrugs it off and we all get out of the car and walk into the restaurant.
after 2 hours of watching Natalia and Riley flirt we are almost home. Austin hasn't spoken one word to me. Once we get home I say goodnight to Natalia and Riley and walk to my room.
He didn't want to talk to me, so I didn't wanna talk to him either, is that okay?
After an hour of scrolling through instagram I get a text message from the unknown number that I saved onto my phone earlier.
"Hey ;)"
I decide weather to reply or not.. but eh whatever.
T- Hey,, I never got your name :)
J- My name is Joseph :) What's yours?
T- Tahlia, and it's nice to meet you Joseph.
J- Same goes, Do you want to maybe meet up tomorrow? :)
T-Sure..11:30?
J- Okay, I'll see you then Tahlia.
Joseph? Joe?... Joey? No, it couldn't and won't be.
A small silent knock comes from my door as I whisper to come in.
Austin slowly walks in, looking at his feet with red puffy eyes and tear stained cheeks.
" Austin"! I give him a sympathetic look as he shakes his head slowly walking over and sitting down on the bed next to me, as he rests his head on my shoulder, sniffling every now and then.
" What's wrong"? I whisper as I run my hand through his hand.
" I'm sorry for not talking to you earlier" He sniffles.
" Its fine Austin, just tell me what's wrong"? I ask as I put an arm around him.
"L-liana... she cheated on me" He quietly whispers as my eyes widen. How and why would anyone hurt a precious little bean like Austin?
" Austin I, I don't know what to say... why haven't you left her yet"?! I breath in as he wipes the tear from his eye.
" Because I love her" He sighs as I shake my head.
" Austin that is not love, If she loved you equally she wouldn't have gone and done that to you"! I shake my head as he nods.
" I know.. I know.. Just let me sleep, I'll decide what to do in the morning" He sighs as he gets under the blankets.
I put my phone on the bedside table and turn the lamp off, quietly getting in next o him. He is basically a brother to me and I couldn't even tell how upset he was... I was too caught up in my own mess that I have made...
