A new friend

(Y/N) chased after Eevee for a wile now.
"EEVEE, WAIT!" She yells at the shiny Pokémon. But the shiny did not listen to her. "EEVEE!!" (Y/N) yells at her Pokémon but yet Eevee still doesn't listen.
"Vee!" Eevee says to (Y/N). (Y/N) sighs and keeps following Eevee till they reach a river.
"Eevee... why did you take me here?"
"Eevee vee!" The small Pokémon sits by the riverbank. (Y/N) chuckles and joins her Pokémon.

"... we should get going now-" (Y/N) notices that the small Pokémon was asleep. "Oh, Eevee..." she chuckles and picks the Eevee up then walks back to town.

-when she gets to town and (Y/N) pov-

I looked around and found out that lost.... 'at least there are people around.' I notice a young girl with black/blue hair in pigtails. Me, being lost, decides to walk up to her and ask where I'm at because, you know, why not. "Excuse me, but do you know where I am?"
"Oh, you're in town" she states.
"Yeah, well.. I'm sorta lost..." I say a bit disappointed in her answer.
"Well... where do you live? I could show you the way!" She said in a cheerful manor.
"That would be really helpful!" I say in a excited tone and tell her where I live. She smiles and tells me to follow her, so I did.

-a few minutes later-

"Here we are!" The girl replies.
"Thank you so much... uh..."
"Crystal. Or criss for short."
"Well, thank you crystal. You were a great help."
"No problem, (Y/N)! By the way. Where did you get that shiny Eevee?" She asks and, yes. She knows my name.
"Oh, it hatched from an egg when I was littler. It became my starter Pokémon."
"That's awesome! Well... gotta go. Goodnight, (Y/N)!"
"Goodnight, Crystal!" I say before she runs off. "Better get inside..." I mumbled to myself and walked inside.
"(Y/N)! Where were you!" My mom asked in a worried tone.
"I was walking around town and yeah."
"Well, you better get to sleep because you have a big day tomorrow!" She says in a sorta scolding tone.
"Ok, mom. Goodnight."
"Goodnight, sweetie." She says before I walk up to my room and go inside. Then I shut my door and plop down on my bed. "What a weird day..." I mumble to myself and look down at Eevee. I smile at her sleeping form and set her down at the end of the bed. "Goodnight, Eevee.." I whisper to her then I lay down and fall asleep.
