~You pov~
It was getting late and so I decided to go to sleep. Christmas was right around the corner. I didn't celebrate Christmas a lot. Mostly because I didn't have a reason to. I had nothing to give to anyone except my mother and Eevee.
I sigh. "What a complicated time."
"Vee, Eevee?" The shiny fox-like pokemon asks.
"I'm fine Eevee. Just pondering."
The shiny Pokémon nods In understanding.
"Well.... let's get to sleep, Eevee." I tell my friend.
~Authors pov~
(Y/N) goes to sleep and her Eevee hops up on her bed and sleeps as well.
The next morning, it's rather... strange. There was no school because of the fog all around the town. (Y/N) goes down stairs to see if her mom was awake.
...
No one was in the house. No one was awake. No one was ever sleeping.
".... freaky...." Y/N mumbles to herself.
"Eevee! Eevee!?" She calls for her loyal companion.
...
No answer.
"..... Eevee....?" The girl almost whispers.
There was a creek. Like a squeaky door opening. Y/N whips her head around, Almost giving herself whiplash. There was a door. That she never seen before.
"Where did this come from?" She mumbles to no one.
"It's here because your here."
Says a mysterious voice.
"Who is that?" Y/N asks.
"I am all your deepest fears. Your bad thoughts. Your dark side."
"Then show yourself." Y/N tells the voice.
"You already know what I am. What I look like."
"Who are you..?"
"I. Am. You." The voice says and the door swings open. "Enter my domain."
Y/N feels her body moving, against her will. She steps into the room on the other side of the door and all she saw was darkness... no light...
"The dark consumes the light. There is nothing for anyone here. There is only darkness. And soon.. the darkness will creep into your soul- your light. And it won't stop there. It won't stop till it consumes you. Until it has full control over you. You have no control over it. It is only time that it will happen. Everyone has this darkness. Your friends. Pokémon. Your family. Everyone does. And they will be consumed by the darkness in time. Just like you will."
"L-Leave me alone! Just get out of my head! I don't need you!" Y/N yells into the endless darkness.
"Oh, but you do. Without me you would be nothing! Without me you'd be a mindless brat! Just like kids are. Soon. Soon you'll understand."
Y/N was crying. She didn't want this. She didn't deserve this. She wanted everything to fade away- fade away like water on a hot, sunny day.
"You will see... you will see that you need me. And when you do I'll be there." The voices says before everything fades to white

"Y/n.."
"Y/N.."
"Y/N!!!"
Y/n jolts awake.
"Geez! I didn't think you'd be sleeping for so long! Its the weekend! Let's go shopping or something!" She blue eyed girl says to her friend.
"First of all... why are you in my room? And second of all... What time is it?" The young girl asks her friend
"Well... I got bored and came over here and you mom told me you were sleeping so I woke you up and it's about 11 in the morning." Blue tells her
"Sweet Jesus, I'm going to be late!" Y/N says out loud.
"Late to what?" Blue asks.
"To something!" The H/C haired girl said, getting dressed and brushing her hair then running out the door.
