*chapter 5*

 

I wake up at the dead of night , to a treacherous storm . I run out side to see ralphs gang running , and holding to any thing they find , i grab onto a tree wishing this night to end .

5 hours later

I awake to bugs crawling on me , i jump and run over to the beach , our shelters are destroyed , 

where is everyone?  , i run over to Piggy and ask him where everyone went , "After the storm they went to join Jack , it's only you , me simon and ralph left . ",

"Why did they join Jack ." I ask biting my lip at the thought of jack , 

"A littl'un made up a rumour that there was a monster , everyone got scared and jack said that if they join him he'll hunt the monster ."

shit, i think to myself. 

After a long day of doing absoloutley nothing , i go to bed . 

*BANG BANG BANG* 

"What , what ?" i say confused 

" We want Jacks survival knife , he said you had it !" Roger shouts ,   

"i-i-i don't." 

" i know you do !" Roger says laughing ,

i see the knife beside me and hide it behind my back , roger grabs my wrists and grabs the knife off of me , 

"You gotten bored of Ralph and Miss Piggy ?" Roger asks,

"You forgot simon." i say ,

"Oh yeah and that wierdo . " Roger says rolling his eyes , 

"YOU'VE GOT THE KNIFE SO LEAVE ME ALONE OKAY !" I shout at roger,

"okay jeez." He replies and backs away .

moring time

I Awake to find ralph kneeling by my side , looking significantly skinnier. 

"Do you know where the survival knife is ?" He asks giving me a warm smile ,

"About that..." I say whilst frowing , 

" What , what happened to it ? " Ralph furrows his eyebrows together , 

"Roger took it off me last night." i say sighing , 

" That was the last knife we had , we can just eat bananas , we'll wnd up dying without protein !" Ralph shouts ,

he notices my expression and says that hes been having a bad day and apologizes , "It's okay." i reply smiling .

"Wheres simon ?" i ask ,

"oh he's just exploring Ralph replies ,

"oh okay ."

*Knock Knock Knock* 

Jack , Pablo and roger come in .

"Were having a feast you can all come eat if you want . "

"The chief has spoken!" Pablo and roger shout in union ,

a few hours later ,

We arrive to jacks camp "castle rock"

There's a big pig ona stick , which im guessing  we'll be eating, 

jack looks at me and

 asks " Can you help me set a fire ?"

"sure " i say sighing , 

i take piggies glasses and set a fire , 

Roger cooks the pig . i can't bear to look at them ripping the pigs flesh apart , i distract my self by playing with a loose hem of my shorts , 

"luke take them some meat ." Jack says ,

luke gives me Ralph and piggy a piece of meat , mine significantly bigger than theres , i give jack a quick smile and eat the meat , he nods his head in aproval . Oh got how good it felt to eat meat . 

"I promised i'd get meat , didn't i ralph ! Tell the little ones i kept a promise , say it ! !

Jack says ,

"You kept your promise !" Ralph shouts ,

"But not the fire watch ! You think that one lousy meal is worth not getting rescued !" Shouts ralph

"You can join my camp and get as much meat as you want !"

" WE dont want your meat !" Shouts Piggy ,

"Oh yeah then why'd you come ?" Asks jack ,

"WE triedto talk some sense into you !"

"Why don't you 3 shove off , you've had all the meat you can eat !" Shouts Jack

"Come on hunters, Billy's the pig !"

The boys run in a circle pretending to stab billy , they're morbid . Discusting, Piggy was right about Jack .

Simon comes running towards us , " LOOK THERE'S THE REAL MONSTER!" Jack points to simon ,they stab him and stab him until he's lifeless and limp .

"NOO , THAT'S SIMON ! " I shout ,

Jack's eyes lock with mine , there's no remorse . The kind-hearted jack i once knew was no longer there,

I run , i run as fast as i can down castle rock and into my shelter .

I cry, i cry i cry until i can cry no more .
