Chapter 28

Your POV

Next Day.................

A bunch of people apologized to you. The Abandoned Goddess was a big thing around Britannia (it's not I made it up). Stories said that it was a goddess that was left here to 'watch over' everyone. That wasn't true, but you REALLY wanted was for people to think you weren't mean. Right now, you were outside the tavern. You got back here with a teleportation spell. Your eye was still gone and you still had that fake arm. Forunately, your foot came back to its original position.

"Boo!" Someone yells behind you. You jump and turn around. It was Ban.

"Don't scare me like that!" You say laughing. Ban weaves his fingers in your hair.

"What are you gonna do now?" Ban says.

"I was thinking of staying with you," you say looking up at him smiling.

"Why don't we go back to that old town I met you in?"

"You mean Darlsville?" (I made it up) you ask. Ban nods.

"It'll be great to see the place," you say.

"Yeah," Ban says grinning.

"Change of topic; since when did you wake up at 5 am?" You say smirking. Ban scratches his neck like he would find the answer somewhere there.

"It's okay, you don't have to answer," you say giggling.

"No, I'll answer. It's because I get to see the most beautiful girl ever," he says lifting you up and twirling you around. You squeal as he lifts you up.

"Let go, Ban!" You say laughing. He puts you down and kisses you.

"So when do we leave?" You ask.

"Right now," Ban says.

Ban POV

We went to the forest we met in back in Darlsville.

"Remember I pick pocketed you here?" Y/N says.

"Technically, you just took something of mine. And no, the spots not here. We have to keep walking," Ban says.

"You're saying that because you're ashamed to admit it!" She says laughing. Her laugh is adorable. Y/N falls into a hole. Just part one of my plan.

"This is just like our walk all those years ago," Y/N says climbing out. The dirt gets on her dress and hair. I didn't expect her to get dirty. We continue walking and holding hands until Y/N hits a tree limb.

"That reminds of the time I ran away when I saw you again," Y/N says rubbing her head. I didn't think that would hurt. We were getting closer to the spot. A few minutes later, Y/N gets hit with a black sphere.

"That reminds me of the time where I died for you," Y/N says clutching her stomach. A couple more things like that happen from our times together.

"Why does this keep happening?!" Y/N says in pain. I didn't know that she'd be in pain by the time we reached the spot.

"It's okay," I say wiping hair from her face. We've reached a quiet spot in the forest. The spot where she pick pocketed me. The spot where I saw her face. The spot where I swore I'd make her mine. The spot where I-

"The spot where you had that confused look on your face when I stole your stuff!" Y/N says. Not what I would say but..... Good enough. It was a circle area with the sun shining in the middle. I take her to the middle and get on one knee. (Here it is!!!!!!!!)

"Y/N, will you marry me?" I ask with hope.

Your POV

Ban just asked the best question in the world. You gasp.

"Yes! A million yeses! Yes yes yes yes yes yes!!!!!!" You squeal jumping up and down. Ban hands you the ring. It was (whatever you want the ring to look like). Ban hugs you close. Soon, it becomes a kiss.

"At least my plan worked," he says.

"What plan?" You ask.

"To get you thinking of all our memories together! I made all those obstacles for you!"

"You did that?"

"Yup,"

"That didn't get me thinking of our memories at all! I was in pain!" You cry out.

"Sorry,"

"Maybe I should give the ring back,"

"No, I'll do anything!" Ban pleads.

"You sound like me now," you say giggling.

"Ha yeah I do,"

Later that night......

You were both lying in the trees like you used to do.

"Are you gonna give me the rating back?" Ban asks smirking.

"I was just kidding. I forgive you, too," you say smiling.

"Are we ever gonna have children?"

"I don't know, Ban. That time will come,"

"Will you ever die for real?"

"If I die, I'll make sure you die with me," you say kissing his cheek.

Ban POV

She'd die with me. That's something I thought no one would ever do.......

Even if I can't die.
