"Uhm... Jake can we talk?" I asked im quietly. "Yeah, what's up bro?" He asked. I dragged him with upstairs into my room. "I kinda threw Jess in the pool." I said. "And so?" Jake looked at me. "And she is kinda mad on me." I said holding a short pause. "And her phone was ruined, because she had it on her" I then added. "Why should I talk to her? Like you should apologize to her." He then said looking at me. "Well you know her and stuff and she's mad at me. So, I figured out that you maybe would get her in a better mood." I said looking at the floor. "Fine! But you still need to apologize to her!" He said. "I was thinking about buying her a new phone." I said. He nodded and walked of. I could hear him outside the door. I bet he was vlogging. He explained the whole situation to the camera. It didn't bother me.

Jessica's POV

Someone knocked at my door just as I finished doing my hair and makeup. "Come in!" I said loudly. Jake came in and closed the door behind him. "What's going on? Chance seemed quite sad." He asked. I sat down on the end of my madras. He joined me. "Well Chance threw me in the pool. That shit ruined my phone and now I can't contact my parents or answer any important calls." I said. "Well Chance told me everything. You know he's kinda sad, right?" Jake asked.

"I didn't know he was sad." I said looking out the window. "Well he wants to apologize and he mentioned something about buying you a new phone." He said trying to get my attention on him. "Well he doesn't need to I have my own money. Besides that, he doesn't care about me." I said looking at Jake now. "Well I think he likes you. He talks about you all the time. He wants to know everything I know about you." He said looking at me. I don't know what happened there but something inside me, made me happy. I think it was the fact that Jake thought Chance liked me.

"Well I'll admit it, I think Chance is really sweet and good looking but he doesn't seem like a guy who likes me." I said. I really had gotten to like Chance a lot more, but then again, he seemed like he didn't care about me. "Well, give him a chance, talk to him, let him get to know you. Talk to me if there's something wrong, or at least Logan. We're here for you." He said, stood up, and walked out of the room. Just a few moment later someone knocked lightly on the door. "Come on in!" I said kinda loud but not too loud. The door opened and Chance stuck his head in. "Are you okay?" He asked. I nodded and clapped on the bed at the space right beside me. "Good." He said closing the door behind him. He sat down beside me turning his upper body towards me. "I'm sorry." He started out. "It was not the meaning that I would break your phone. It's just that..." He said holding a long pause. "Don't be sorry. I over reacted, it was wrong of me yelling at you. I should be the one saying sorry." I said and looked at the floor. His hand gently touched my chin, which got my attention. "Listen up ok?" He asked and I nodded. "It's just that I'm really sorry for what happened with your phone and therefore I'm going to buy you a new one." I looked confused at him. "Why do you wanna spend your money on that?" I asked him. He was silent. "Chance?" I looked at him. He didn't answer, like there was something wired going on.

"But before we go, let's go downstairs and get something to eat. I'm hungry!" I said rubbing my stomach. He laughed at me. We went downstairs.

Everybody was looking at us when we came down together, like we were Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. What y'all looking at?" I asked laughing at them. "Just you two lovebirds." Anthony said while still looking at us. "We're not lovebirds! Just friends!" I said looking at Anthony sending him those mean eyes.

We took something to eat and went outside in the garden. Logan and his friend brought my car to me. We sat in the car in silent. "Jess?" Chance asked, I nodded looking at him. "I... You know..."
