Logan and Brendan just left. I stood outside of the house. I needed a bit more courage to open the door and walk in.

"Jessica!" I turned around to see Kade coming back from what I assumed was a morning run.

"Oh, you saw the video Jake uploaded yesterday?" He said before I even got to speak. I nodded. "Well, come on in. But please don't get surprised. They're not living in the same room right now." "Wow, I really fucked this up." I said, looking to the ground. "Oh no, girl! They are the ones who fucked up." It made me happy that Kade didn't see me as the one who fucked up. Just like Logan.

As we walked in the whole house looked like a mess. And I mean more than it used to do.

"KADE! IS THAT YOU?!" Someone yelled from the living room. "Yeah and there is someone else here too!"

Jake came out to the door looking surprised at me. "Jess! Are you already back?" I nodded. "I wanna talk... To them both." Jake looked a bit on me. "That's gonna be hard. Who are you going to talk to first?" "Well, I don't really know that, I thought that maybe you had something to say about it." "I would say, you should talk to Chance at first. First of all, he's going to be pissed if he found out you talked to Toner first and second, I think he really wants to apologize." "Well then, do you know where Chance is?" He nodded "Follow me." I followed Jake upstairs and over to his room, which confused me. He knocked on the door. "What?" Chance said sounding a bit irritated. "There is someone here who wants to talk to you. And I think you would like to talk with her to!" Jake said in a very kind and calm voice. "Is it Tessa?" He asked. This made me regret that I came back. He would probably rather talk to Tessa than me. "No, it's not you fool!" Jake said, still in his kind voice.

I could hear footsteps from the other side of the door. Chance opened the door. I took a step back. I was in shock. He had a blue eye, a broken lip, and what I guessed was a broken eyebrow. He looked horrible. "Come on in." He said looking at me. He took a step back letting me get in. "BYE JAKE!" He said very harsh. "Have a seat!" He said, and clapped on the bed beside him.

I sat down. We sat in silent for a bit of time. I assumed it was 5 minutes.

"So, what did you want to talk to me about?" "Everything." I answered.

"I'm so sorry for all of this." "You shouldn'tbe sorry. After all it was me who pushed you at first. You probably just kissedAnthony because you wanted me to regret my actions." "You should not justassume that I kissed Tony to make you feel bad. After all Tony kissed me. Ididn't come here to fight Chance. I came to talk with you, like two grown-ups.Not as two angry teens." "But why do you even want to talk with me? You're alreadyin love with Anthony. You haven't even given me a chance." "I am not in lovewith Tony. We're friends and nothing more. You should've know that I hadfeelings for you first." "But then why would you fool around with him, like youhad been together for years?" "Tony is a very good friend of mine! After allyou should apologize for being such a jerk. You freaked out over Tony and I weretogether that one evening. Besides I thought you should know that you are thefirst that I'm talking to about this. I could've chosen to talk to Tony firstbut I didn't!" I ended the conversation and got up. I walked to the door openedit and slammed it. "What is going on!" Jake yelled from downstairs. "Nothing!"I said as I walked down the stairs. I sat down in the couch beside him. "Whatdid he say?" "Not much. He was just being a jerk. Just like before." I said lookingat my phone. "So, are you going to talk to Tony or do you want to talk to me?"It was so nice of Jake to try and help me out. After all I guess Jake wantedthis problem solved as much as I did. It was his best friends after all. "Hasit been bad here? Since you met us at the mall and Tony kissed me?" "Yeahpretty bad. They have been fighting a whole lot." "Really? Sounds like it hasbeen a mess here." "Pretty much one big mess."
