Melanie's POV
I was just in my room and also, writing on my diary. Mostly, I just thought about the same things.
My mother then came in my room. "Melanie, sweetie, I have exciting news." My mother said and I looked at her.
"What is it, mom?' I asked. She sat next to me. "You will start going to school tomorrow. I found a good school. It is a little far, but its worth it." She replied.
I half smiled. "Well , how good, mom." I replied. I needed to forget about many things.
She kissed my forehead. "Well, get the outfit you will wear tomorrow ready. I'll take you at 6:30 am."
She got up and left. I sighed and looked at my diary one more time.
Then, I got up and looked for an outfit to wear tomorrow. I kind of wanted to meet new people.
I quickly picked my outfit and went back to my diary. I wrote a little more on it and stared at it for a long time.
Memories were coming to my mind mostly all the time but I just ignored it. I had other things to think about.
