Judging others.
The strong man pumping iron is weak in spirit,
Valuing the sculpture over the heart.
The thin woman applying make-up is insecure,
Masking the superficial over inner beauty.
The heavy person overeating is indulgent,
Ignoring the needs of others in self-focused vice.
The critic is unfulfilled,
Understanding as a bystander instead of participating with risk.

We must deconstruct our quick judgments to improve ourselves and carry on.
Don't be the hypocrite. Be the change. And smile.
