I park my car and run up the steps to my home. I get my keys out and open the door. "Mother! I'm home... early?"
I look to see Mova's friends decorating the living room. Anna and James was hanging a birthday banner, Kelsey and Eliza was decorating the table, and I see Dean blowing up balloons.
Did I miss something?
I walk over to my mother, who was bringing out chips and setting it on the table.
"Hello mother. What's going-" I look up seeing Mova's name on a party banner. "Wait, so she is having the party here?"
"Yes, dear. After what you told me this morning, I've decided to give her a surprise party." She said. "That. And I suspected that you forgot to get her something on your way home?"
Damn! I did forget!
I rub my neck and tried to "play it cool" as some would say. "What? No! Of course I didn't forget, mother! I was just... Trying to see what her style is, that's all." I turn around and bump into Mrs. Thorn. "Oh, sorry Mrs. Thorn I didn't see you there."
"Oh that's okay, Daniel." She smiles. "In fact, I can't believe I didn't recognize your mother until she told me everything today. We went to school together."
"You did?"
"Yep. We were the lead cheerleaders." My mother said budding in.
"Wow, okay I gotta go change, see you later." I said and run off to my room before they start talking about their school life.
I set my book bag down and sighed. It's only my second day and I already have a mean cheerleader as my "girlfriend", seen an old friend, was kinda accused for Mova running off, and now I made friends. Bonus for befriending the princess. I sat up and ran a hand through my hair, remembering the moments in chemistry.
"Why did her blood smell so good?"

An hour later, a knock came from my room door.
"Come in!" I said.
I was looking for a shirt in the closet when I heard a fimiliar, preppy voice. "Well don't you look sexy without a shirt on."
I turn around and gasp, surprise. "Claire! How did you get in?" I grab a random shirt and quickly put it on.
"Your butler let me in and told me that you were in here." She walked closer to me. "And damn did I get a surprise. Walking in, seeing you, shirtless. Best thing ever."
I slowly backed away from her. Which ended up being a bad idea and got me cornered. She lean in towards me and before she could make a move, I put my hand up. "I'm not letting you kiss me."
She looked at me, a bit confused. "... What?"
"I said I'm not kissing you. You're not my type. And I never wanted to be your boyfriend."
She stared at me. Then laughed.
"That's so funny, Daniel!.... Oh wait you were serious?"
"Um... yeah."
She looked at me with disbelief. "So... you're dumping me? This is about what Mava did, isn't it."
I roll my eyes. "It's Mova. And it wasn't what she did. It's what you did." I cross my arms.
"B-but... I'm the victim here! She tried to punch me!" She exclaimed.
"After embarrassing her and reading and destroying her personal belongings, I would say she had a right to." I move towards the door and open it. "Now as the gentleman I am, I kindly asking you to leave. I will escort you out and make sure the door doesn't hit you on the way out."
Mova's P.O.V.
"Ugh! Why do I have to bring the pie?!" I groan as I put my dress on.
"Maybe she wants you to meet new people, make new friends." My brother said, standing outside my bedroom door. "Now hurry up. You're taking too long."
I come out in a dress that I bought a month ago. It fits on me like a glove. I make sure my braid is straight. "Okay, I'm ready." I said as I stepped out.

"Whoa you actually look great!" Dean said. I roll my eyes. "Whatever. Let's just get this pie to them and get it over with."
I start walking down the sidewalk, listening to the music on my phone. "Ugh. Why couldn't I stay home? I hate walking... especially in high heeled boots."
I heard a loud whistle and turn to see Romeo driving by with some of his friends in the car.
"Well isn't it the goddess Nyx in her human form." He said, driving up next to me. "Shouldn't you be ruling the night?"
"Go fuck yourself, Romandaz." I said, not looking at him a still walking.
"Been there done that. It just doesn't feel the same when you have another person." He smirks at me. I can hear his friends snickering in the background.
If I didn't have somewhere to be right now, I would have probably jumped in his car window and strangled him.
Thankfully, his phone started ringing. Which gave me time to make a run for it. Good thing I know how to run in heels.
I finally arrive at the Dragimor estate. I climb the steps slowly. I read a note on the door. "Come in".
Okay. That's a little weird. I slowly open the door. The lights turn on.
