The 34th hunger games

chapter 6

The night mares come, and I don't know why .

I'm in a white room . tied to a table . All white .then,Gabby appears, with a syringe, purple liquid filled it .

     "To put you out of your misery." she said,but she looked confident, and heroic, as if at was good. That is what my mother said to me in my other set of night mares. Scary. Then, she pulled it up and it went crashing into my stomach. She pushed on the plunger, and then it fades to darkness. but before that, I find Gabby smiling. A look of horror washes our me.

"why?" I croak.

Then she's gone and my mother is there.

"when your in the arena,remember, that the game makers will try to break you. They only want one. so be charming,in and out of the arena." my mother says.

"how would you know?" I ask her.

"cause I died in the games for you." she says. but then turns into Hugo. repeating the words. I died in the games for you. over and over.

"Wake up!" a voice tells me,loudly. I realize its Dayton.

"what,what?" I say.

"time for training." he says more calmly.

Allies.That's whats on my mind during breakfast, the elevator, and when we first arrive. We  split up,to cover more ground. I walk  to the knot tying station where the pair from district 3 stand. tying knots.

"hi." I say simply.

"hello." the boy from district 3 says.

"by the way, you might want to pull tighter on the knot." I say bending down to help."so it stays." I smile at him.

"thank you." he says. I glance at the girl. He waves his hand in front of her.

"she's gone.oh well. I'm Wiley . you?"

"hazel."I say and smile.

I walk around the room. I walk over to where the boy from district 12 is. He has dark brown hair, a little long. Deep gray eyes, district 12 often has gray eyes ."hi." I say. he's at the fire-making station. "um, hi." he says. "im-"I  start but he interupts.

"you throw knives right?" he asks.

"yeah.wanna see?" I ask. he nods and follows me to knife throwing station. I set it at difficult. then the throwing begins.The animals and dummies don't stand a chance. its all gone in minutes. He looks at me with eager in his eyes.

"I can teach you a little if you teach me how to make a fire?" I ask.

"sure. teach me first."he says.

          I show him the basics of throwing a knife. throw upward kind of. when we're done,he teaches me how to make a fire.I thank him and walk away. I go to the axe station where the girl from district 7 is. Swinging her axe away. She looks familiar.

"you look familiar,what's your name?" I ask.

"maysly, why?" she asks.

"I don't know."I say walking over to grab an axe.

"just call me may."she says while throwing her axe at a dummy.

Then it hit me.Shes from a nightmare.

   I run away from her and the training center, as fast as I can,til I'm in my room and lock it.

people are pounding, telling me to let them in,but I start to lose my mind after that.
