So once Reagan left, I pulled out one of the school textbooks and started to read. For the first few chapters, it was stuff I already knew, such as the rights of each sides and the Rulings of the judge.

Skipping to a more informative section, I sat quietly reading until finally the door opened and in walked a ginger. Looking at her confused she blushed when she saw that both sides of the room were taken.

"O-oh in sorry. Wrong room." She said turning around but stopped suddenly turning back towards me.

"Cassidy? Cassidy Riloman?" She said her eyes wide. That's when I noticed she was dressed head to toe in my parents line. Sighing, I closed my book and walked over to her, my hands folded.

"Yes?" I hummed.

She smiled.

"I never knew that you would be here at Oxton. I just have to say your parents line is amazing. Me and my friends always shop there." Before I let her rant anymore, I turned her around and gently pushed her out the room.

"I'll make sure to tell them...sorry what's your name?"

She gapped at me.

"Gabby Jenkins." Her mouth was wide open as if I had just given her a million dollars. The one thing I didn't want from this school is fame or to be recognized.

But that is too much to ask.

"Okay. I'll make sure to tell them Gabby." I said closing the door straight in her face sighing and burying my head in my pillow. Looking over at Reagan's side of the room I saw her messy collection of posters.

Noticing she didn't put any books in the shelf I went ahead and filled it to the brim with my books. When she got back I would double check to make sure it was okay.

Pulling out my actual school bag from under my bed I made sure I had everything needed for my classes before grabbing my purse. Opening the door I took my key and locked it behind me.

The once empty halls were now bustling with live and excitement as kids chatted and joked with each other. Pushing through the crowds of people I walked down the stairs bumping into multiple people while doing so. Once I got to the parking garage I jumped into my Black X3 BMW.

Driving down the main road to the town I was forced to pass the ocean view. Since I was 5 I've been extremely Hydrophobic and because of that never learned to swim. It started when my brother pushed me into the deep end and I almost drowned.

Of course my brother said that I slipped and fell and when I said he pushed me my dad said that I was just a little kid and didn't know. Which that's when I found out that my dad favorited him over me.

On the other hand my mom adored me but still kept up high policies. If my grades dropped below a 90% in any class except P.E. they would cancel my credit card plan and make me get rid of one thing from my closet.

Once I parked the car outside what I thought was a decent restaurant my phone buzzed in my purse. Taking it out I saw MOM in bold letters at the top.

Sliding my finger across the bottom I placed the phone against my ear.

"Hello?"

"Cassidy how are you love?" She asked and I could practically hear the Spa music in the background. She goes almost every day and I was privileged if I was allowed to go with her.

"I'm doing great. I met my roommate today and she is pretty nice---"

"What is her major?" She butted in.

Yeah...this is my nice parent.

"She has a Scholarship for Softball. She has all this cool equipment and she can play the ukulele." I said with a smile remembering the few things we said to each other but knowing so much about her.

"Darling don't be going to go play sports now. You obviously aren't at the Dormitory because I hear no noises and you do that thing where you tap your finger against the steering wheel."

Stopping my finger I sighed.

"I'm actually about to go eat." I said looking at my nails which I had gotten done at the spa just a few days ago.

"Well don't eat constantly. Don't forget your diet and only three meals a day honey." She said brightly trying to tell me in a subtle way that 'if you eat more than you are suppose to you will get fat'. Rolling my eyes I looked at the restaurant that was slowly getting more attention as the sun started to set.

It was getting late and I need to be back before curfew. Wait I don't live in New York anymore. I think that means no curfew. But just to be safe I better be back before 9:30 who knows what happens in this town.

"Well honey I also wanted to call to tell you to get home at a reasonable time." Its like she can read my mind.

"Don't worry mom I will."

"Cassidy that town has been having a problem with this Gang. Apparently they've robbed a few banks and...killed a man." She said whispering the last part for extra affect.

"Don't worry mom I promise I will be careful. Now I have to go eat I'll call you tomorrow after classes." Before she could keep me any longer I ended the call out it back into my purse. Walking into the restaurant I got a vegetarian salad with no dressing with a sparkling water.

After I paid the bill I jumped back into my car and drive home thinking about the gang my mom was talking about. Always wondered what it would be like to break the law and be a wanted criminal.

Of course I actually never wanted to experience it. When I got home my roommate was sitting on her bed jamming out to her headphones.

After saying goodnight I went to bed looking at the future with a smile.
