Moments have passed and I was still outside waiting for Ralph to pick me up and take me away from this hell hole.
You just don't understand how I'm feeling right now. Tiffany, Angel, Renee are supposed to be my best friends. We've been wanting to become stars since we were in diapers and now that our moment has finally come, it's like they don't care about it anymore. They don't care about our friendship or our team work. After this short time that we've been together as a group, which has been a year and a half, I assume their jealousy has gotten the best of them. I try my absolute hardest to be modest and to try to give them the credit, too, but they are often unappreciative...

Looking down the street from where I was standing, there was no sign of cars nor sign of people walking in the night like usual. It was a dead scene, basically. The only visible thing I could see from my position were the streetlights flickering on and off; which that kinda gave me an eerie feeling. I hate being outside at night. Especially here in LA.
"Hurry up, Ralph, hurry up..." I thought to myself, getting slightly worried about his late arrival.
How long will I have to wait out here? He's taking way too long. I hate being impatient but, I'm just so upset right now and I need someone to talk to about it. ASAP!
I picked up my suitcase and began walking out to my driveway. I continued walking down it and ended up by the street. My head turned left and then it turned right; hoping to see Ralph's car coming up and coming to my rescue. Waiting for a few seconds, I started getting the thought that he may not come. I mean, I can always count on Ralph no matter what, but, it's about 11 at night. Who would wanna pick up a no-good helpless girl like me this late at night?...
I drew a long, sigh and turned around and began walking up the driveway; heading back to the porch to wait a little longer.
Honk-honk!
My legs stopped me from walking and I turned around and saw a white Camaro behind me.
That looks like Ralph's car..
Oh my goodness! It was his car. I guess I spoke too soon, huh? I ran over to the car and I saw him getting out on the other side.
"Ralph!" I cried in happiness as I dropped my suitcase and opened my arms to him; offering a hug.
He embraced me in a hug. "Hey, Shannon!" Ralph replied, still hugging me, with a light chuckle.
I slowly pulled away from the hug and turned my head, looking down at my now opened suitcase on the ground. "Whoops." I said in an embarrassed tone. I say this because for one, my underwear was visible, and two, I felt kinda stupid for basically throwing it on the ground just for a hug.
While I bent down to put the stuff back in and to pick it up, I heard Ralph laughing at me.
Once I got all my stuff together, I looked at him and playfully rolled my eyes. "What's so funny, Ralph?"
He shook his head, still laughing. "Nothing, Shannon. Hehe. Here, I'll get your bag."
I smiled brightly and gladly handed him my suitcase. "Thanks, Ralph."
Ralph generously takes the bag, with that adorable smile of his, and answers, "No problem, Shannon. Always gotta treat a lady like a lady, right?" He winks at me and heads to the trunk of his car to put my suitcase inside.
