I guess you could say the thought and the worry about the lawsuit and everything is now absent from my mind. It's safe to say that all of this is being handled right at this moment by Ralph and I's boss, aka CEO of MCA, Mr. Lawson. He told us earlier today that he's on the mission to find us an attorney to represent us in court for our case. I hope and pray that we win this case and get some revenge at this reporter from Entertainment Tonight. It's just so unexpected and unbelievable that this person could just do something like that to ruin me and Ralph's careers. Well, we'll see what happens later during the case...

I was woken up by the sound of the tv downstairs in the living room; the sound of people talking. Why did Ralph have the tv up so loud?

I groaned and tossed and turned in bed while holding the pillow to my ears to block out the sound.

Unfortunately, this technique didn't work. Come on. I need more sleep!

I sat up in my bed and threw the pillow at the dresser in front of the bed. I couldn't tell you exactly why I was in a bad mood but, I really wasn't having it this morning. Plus, after what happened yesterday with all the Entertainment Tonight stuff, I was still a little anxious about that.

"Urgh!" I let out.

I threw the covers off me and hopped out of my fluffy, white-sheeted bed. I stomped over to the door, swung it open, and headed toward the stairs; stomping as well.

Turn the stupid tv down.... I thought to myself as I hit the last stairstep of the staircase.

A couple steps closer to my right was the entrance to the vibrant living room. The sunlight seeping through the windows and into the room blinded me. I squinted my eyes while still walking to the living room.

Finally, I saw Ralph sitting on the couch eating some cereal and watching the tv, attentively. Before he could notice me, I looked at the screen and tried to figure out what he was watching. It was the morning news.

I swear that I don't anything to do with news or any media outlets right now because of the current situation with us.

My body managed to carry me over to the brown sofa that Ralph was sitting at. He finally looked over to his left and saw me standing there with my arms crossed and my face probably looking super tired right now.

"Woah. What happened to you, Shannon?" He joked.

I honestly didn't have the time or patience to joke around now. All I wanted to do was go back to bed and wake up whenever the heck I wanted.

My foot tapped rapidly on the floor as I stood there, silently, showing him that I was not in the mood for jokes.

Ralph still kept that super adorable smile on his face that I just can resist and said, "Well someone's a little grumpy this morning. Didn't get enough sleep?"

I sighed. I couldn't stay grumpy and be a complete asshole to Ralph all morning. I decided to sit down beside him and actually answer him this time.

"Yeah, I did get enough sleep but, its just the tv woke me up just now and I wasn't expecting to wake up so early, ya know?" I tried my best to put on a promising smile to draw out the asshole attuitude I had a few seconds ago.

Ralph looked confused for a second and then chuckled afterwards. "Early? Shannon, since when is 11:50 a.m. early?" He pointed to the digital clock on top of his tv.

I looked over at the clock and it read exactly 11:50. My eyes trailed back to Ralph and I shook my head, laughing at my stupid statement.

"You know, I guess you're right. You've always been the type of person to point out the obvious." I teased as I punched him lightly in the shoulder.
