This would be Fei she has joined the KOLD Organization without her friend Lula.
Fei really likes blood than the normal person but not as much as in TV Shows and all obviously.
She is able to use dust/wind and some parts of wood as well. By controlling splinters and all that. Dig deeper and you'll find their job interviews.

This is Lula she's somewhat friends with Fei. She loves fan fiction. She rights her own fan fiction but more of like character x character or whatever. She always goes and finds ideas from with Fei or her new found friend Crow.
She doesn't exactly have special powers, well not exactly. I suppose she could use paper and make them sharp spikes to hit enemies since she always have a paper and pencil with her to write simple ideas down.
