Harry's POV

Gena was pulled into her father's arms in a hug. "My baby," he murmured. Gene was very stiff, looking as though she'd seen a ghost. "Dad," she whispered. He pulled away. "Did Levvin do this to you?" He asked. Martin looked at Louis. "Tell me what's wrong with her." he ordered. As Lou went into a description of Gena's injuries, Gene started to try and get away from her dad's grasp. "Gena, dear, calm down. Im right here, it's okay now." he said soothingly. "Let me go!" Gena cried. Utterly shocked, Martin looked at his daughter. "GG, it's me sweetheart." he said gently. Gena pulled on him again. "Let me go, Martin!" she yelled. "Let her go, Martin." Louis said. Martin did, and Gena stumbled away into my arms. "Shh," I whispered as I held her. "Take her upstairs, Harry." Lou said. "What's wrong with her?" I heard her dad ask. "She's been through a lot, Lauren. I mean, this isn't the first time a Levvin has...." Gena stopped. "Gene, are you okay love?" I asked. "I'm done with this, Harry." she said. "What do you mean?" I asked. "I want it all back." she said. "My life. My strength. My guns. You. My dad. Louis. My daughter. And I just got my purpose back." I didn't really understand what she was saying about her purpose. "When I became a bounty hunter, it was just because my parents did it. They knew I was good enough to do it. They saw something, something I couldn't. At least not until John killed Niall and my parents, or so I thought. And then I had to give up Carrie. And then killing Levvin became my purpose. And now that Mike's gone, I have my enemy back. I want to kill Levvin. But now I'm fucking pregnant. How the hell can I be my old bounty hunter self if I'm pregnant?" "Maybe you should do something else, Gene. You don't want to risk killing your child." I said. "What the hell else can I do?" she demanded. "Well, for starters, you can tell the police what he did like Louis suggested." I said. She bit her lip. "No. That isn't an option." she said. "Why not, Gena? You could tell us." I said. "I trust you guys!" she cried. "Why wouldn't you trust the police?" I cried. "BECAUSE MIKE WAS A COP AND LOOK WHAT TRUSTING HIM GOT ME!!!" she screamed. "Haz?" Louis called. "G?" "Leave us alone, Louis." Gena called. "Gena, dear, please talk to us." Martin called. "I'm done talking." she said. "From now on, I'll ask the questions. The first one is the simplest." "And what is that?" I asked. "How soon can we leave?" She asked. "To where?" Lou asked. "New York. We're getting my daughter back."
