"My nose feels like it's on fire."
"Quit whining, you baby."
Minutes ago, the seven of them had been in the bowling alley, actually playing the game after Jinyoung and Jaebum finally decided to call it quits on their argument.
Now, they were in the bowling alley's bathroom, attempting to prevent Jackson from bleeding out after Yugyeom accidentally busted his nose. The kid had gotten a little too excited that he would actually get to play, and ended up hitting Jackson in the face with a bowling ball.
Mark had laughed.
"I am so sorry!" Yugyeom apologized for what must have been the tenth time in the last five minutes. Of course he was sorry; he had just broken the nose of someone he barely knew. He felt awful.
"It's ok, I don't mind dying in a public bathroom-"
"Shut up before I shove these tissues up your nose," Jinyoung said. He was holding Jackson's head back and had tissues to his nose. Jackson was sitting on the edge of the sink since, well, there aren't any chairs in a bathroom. "It's not even bleeding that badly!"
"What are you guys doing this weekend?" Mark asked, seeming particularly uninterested in his bleeding friend.
"Enjoying my life before I have to go back to that shithole on Monday," Jaebum replied, leaning against the wall. Youngjae stood beside him, his hands in the pockets of his khaki pants.
"I have a family dinner to go to," Bambam said, although, he didn't sound very happy about it.
There was silence. A very tense silence. Yugyeom was confused as to why everyone had just stopped talking. Then again, ever since he started working at Target, there hasn't been a moment where he wasn't confused.
"You have to tell them one day, Bambam," Jinyoung said, breaking the quietness that had settled.
"Nope," Bambam answered simply.
By this time, Yugyeom had already scooted his way over to Youngjae. "What are they talking about?" Yugyeom whispered.
Youngjae looked at the younger. "Oh, Bambam's gay."
Oh.
Yugyeom knew that.
"His family isn't all that accepting of stuff like that, though."
That was something Yugyeom didn't know.
"You can't just never ever tell them," Mark said, joining in on the conversation between Jinyoung and Bambam. "Keeping stuff like that bottled up isn't good for you."
"Just leave me alone-"
"Are you fucking sassing me, you noodle?"
"No, I just don't want to-"
There was suddenly a loud crash, causing everyone to jump. Everyone except Jackson, that is, because he was now on the floor.
He had broken the sink.
"Let's leave before someone comes in here," Jaebum quickly suggested, already walking out. He was met with multiple responses such as "I agree," and "Yeah, let's do that," and "This bathroom smells like shit, anyway."
"Can someone help me up off the floor, please?" Jackson called out. Jinyoung just stared at him.
"Get up yourself, you bitch."
