A Secret Mission: Part 1

(I'm finally updating, and it's an actual chapter. It's a miracle.)

Aphmau's POV

I drowsily stared out the window, watching the asphalt nearly melt in the hot summer heat. The world was quiet and peaceful, as if everything had gone to sleep and did not intend to wake up for a while. Taking in a deep breath, I pushed myself off of the chair I had pulled to the window. 

"I'm going out, Aaron. Bye!"

"Bye babe!" Aaron called from the kitchen. Pulling out my keys from my purse, I ran out the door, stepping into the hot world. The heat hit me like a punch to the face. I was nearly knocked off my feet as the wave of heat washed over me.

I was already sweating. 

Sighing, I walked to the boy's house. I've been so busy with other stuff, I haven't had the time to just relax with my friends. My tank top clung to my back as I slowly walked to the house where I would hopefully find Laurence, Garroth, and Dante. Brushing my black hair away from my face, I knocked on the door, panting like a dog in the heat. The door swung open to reveal an excited, cheerful, Garroth.."Hey, Aphmau!" he chirped.

"Hi, Garroth! What's got you in such a good mood?" I said.

He grinned, showing off his teeth. "I have a date!"

My inner fangirl woke up and desperately tried to take over. "Oooh, with who?"

Garroth's grin disappeared and was replaced with an uneasy and uncomfortable look. "That's unimportant..."

"Uh, alright." I raised one eyebrow. "Well, tell me how it goes!"

"Will do!"

With that, I skipped off, hearing the door slam shut behind me. Hearing the thud of the door closing, a devious smile spread across my face. I sprinted to Kawaii~Chan and Katelyn's house. My devious grin remained as I knocked on the door. Kawaii~Chan answered, her tail wagging.

"Aphmau~Senpai!"

"Hi Kawaii~Chan!" I spoke. "Listen, I have important news. Garroth's going on a date and he won't tell me who he's going on a date with!"

Kawaii~Chan's eyes grew wide. They sparkled as she let out a high-pitched squeal. "We have to follow Garroth~Kun!"

My evil grin grew wider. "You read my mind!"

I raced inside. Kawaii~Chan slammed the door shut before sitting on the couch, a grin as evil and devious as mine on her face.

*Time Skip* 

(It's been forever since I've done a time skip.)

I took one last look at myself in the mirror. My black hair was pulled into a bun and covered with a blonde wig. I was wearing a tight-fitting, pale pink dress that ended just above my knees. My eyes were a pale blue, due to the contacts I had used. I didn't look like myself. Hopefully it would fool Garroth.

Turning around, I examined Kawaii~Chan's disguise. She had a black wig covering her hair with holes, with holes for her ears. She was wearing brown contacts and a flowy top with jean shorts. Her tail was peeking through between her shirt and shorts. I noticed that she had removed all her bows.

"How do I look?" She asked. I gave her a thumbs up.

"We should go over the plan one more time." Kawaii~Chan nodded. "We'll follow Garroth to his date. He's probably going to drive, so we should wait in the car for him. We should stay a few cars behind him, so that he doesn't get suspicious. If he walks, we'll follow him. But we won't be too close. If he looks back, act like we're talking."

Kawaii~Chan grinned. "Got it, Aphmau~Senpai."

I grinned back. This was going to be fun.

(Sorry that this is crappy. I was going to make it longer, but I wanted to get something out, and I also had a terrible night's sleep. I couldn't kept waking up and I couldn't go back to sleep, and I had to wake up at 6:00. Sorry!)
