The Days Go By

Day 1:

Aaron still hasn't moved. He's still sleeping. I've been staying at Katelyn and Kawaii~Chan's place. Aaron and mine house is getting repaired. Luckily, the damage wasn't to awful, so the repairs should be done by the time Aaron's ready to come home.

Day 2:

No progress.

Day 3:

According to the doctors, he's started to move, but he's still always sleeping when I go to visit him.

Day 4:

He was awake! He saw me and smiled, though he still can't talk. I smiled and cried so much.

Day 5:

Aaron's getting better everyday. He's moving more, and the doctors say his injuries are getting better each day.

Day 6:

He spoke today! His voice was raspy and weak, but he said my name. It felt so good. I hadn't realized how much I missed that.

Day 7:

He was speaking more today, and his burn is apparently getting better. I️ hope he can come home soon.

His voice is still weak. He has to drink a lot of water, and he can't say more than a few words before coughing and begging for a drink.

It hurts seeing him like this.

Day 8:

The doctors say he might get to go home soon! He can say more, and he's sitting up every time I️ see him. The house has been repaired, and I've replaced all of the destroyed furniture. I️ slept in my own bed last night.

Day 9:

Aaron's voice has gotten so much better! The doctors say that he can go home tomorrow. I'm planning on cooking his favorite meal and watch his favorite movie with him.

Day 10:

He came home today! Everything went as planned. We ate, watched the movie, and fell asleep together on the couch.

Day 11:

Aaron has been much happier since he's gotten home. The doctors told us to apply medicine to his burn every day and keep it bandaged. His burn should be healed in about a week and half.

Day 14:

Aaron has been so happy, and I️ have been the happiest I have been in a while. His burn is doing well.

Day 18:

The past few days have been uneventful. Aaron's been doing fine, and so have I️. All of our friends have been super supportive. They've been visiting us frequently.

Day 20:

Aaron's burn is almost completely healed! Tomorrow we can remove the bandages. Aaron's so excited. It's adorable.
