Mystery Boy

Chapter 22

I look over at Jug sitting at the booth at Pop's reading my book about us  . His eyes glowing from the lit up computer screen . He is really focused on my book . I know it's cheesy but I decided to write about us when he kissed me for the first time . I see him smiling , gosh that cute smile I love . 

"SO why are we named Cole and Gabi ", he says .(That's my real name and his , lol it's a joke )

"Because they're supposed to be fictional characters ", I say . "Well I love it ". he says . 

Jughead's POV

I'm sitting  at a booth in Pop's , Ganessa had to go because Betty wanted to have a girls day .From the corner of my eye I see Reggie and half the football team looking at me . I writing some things for Ganessa's story she wrote about us. Reggie walks up to me , "What you're doing freak ", he says closing my laptop . "Trying to see if you're just as stupid as your other friend are ". I say sarcastically . 

Reggie laughs ."Look you don't fit in here , You're dark , a loner , most people don't like you , you're weirdo , your girlfriend can do so much better . Like with me as a matter of fact . Is she good in bed "he says . 

I stand up and punch him in the face .He fights back and then his whole group of friends start surrounding us . Some even join in and keep punching me . I can't get up . The guys surrounding us are recording and laughing . 

"Hey get the hell of him ", Archie says shoving them off me . He helps me up , I grab my computer and head out . 

Ganessa's POV

I get a call from Acrhie saying Jughead's been beaten up by half the football team . Betty and I head over to Archie's. 

I see Jughead on the toilet as V cleans him up . "Hey G, he looks pretty bad , but I did the best I could do ", she says and rubs my back .

I walk up to me , I can tell he doesn't want to make eye contact with me . His face is all bruised and his cloths are ripped up . "Hey , Jug how you holding up ", I say squatting down to his level . I grab his hands but he moves them away from me .
