Chapter Eight

Bella's P.O.V.

   "Ryan I'm fine aren't I? I'm alive and breathing." I heard Bay say. Her and Ryan have been arguing all week since I told the memory. "You are not fine! That bastard tried to kill you!" I heard him shout back and the door get slammed. "Damn it!" Ryan yelled and broke something. I cried into Nate's chest. "Hey hey, don't cry beautiful. They are just working through some stuff." He said rubbing my back lovingly. "It's my fault they're fighting though." I sobbed. "It's okay Bells." He whispered kissing my forehead. "I love you." He whispered. "I love you, too." I mumbled. "Bay! Come on! Don't go." I heard Ryan yell outside. I heard the car engine start. "Bay! Don't be like this!! I'm sorry!!" He yelled at the car now driving away. "I better go check on him." Nate said getting up as I fell asleep. "Okay." I mumbled before passing out.

Ryan's P.O.V.

   I found out some of the things that happened to her and I told her I couldn't believe she stayed there and asked if I was that fucking bad. She just keeps saying she's okay! SHE'S NOT FUCKING OKAY!  "Your not fine! That bastard tried to kill you!" I shouted at her getting frustrated. I saw a few tears fall down her face and she turned around slamming the door behind her. "Damn it!" I threw a vase at the wall and ran outside watching her get in the car. Bay don't go... I love you. "Bay! Come on! Don't go!" I yelled and she slammed the car door starting the engine. I can't believe she was acting like this. All I've been trying to do is fix what he did. "Bye Ryan." She sped off down the street. The last I saw of her face and it was puffy, red, and covered in tears. "Bay! Don't be like this!! I'm sorry!!" I yelled after her to get no answer. For her to just leave. I sat on the ground and ran my fingers through my hair. "Damn it.." I rubbed my face. "You okay bro?" Nate asked. "I'm fine."

Bay's P.O.V.  

  I drove away really fast down the street. I couldn't see much from all the tears an I pulled out my phone to dial Bells number. The next thing I know there was a truck honking at me. I blacked out.

    "Bay... I miss mommy." I heard Bella complain. "Mommy isn't coming back." I held her. "She's never helped us before." I tried not to cry. "Bay... Don't say that mommy loves us." She sobbed still being hopeful. "Yes she loves us very much. I'm sorry I don't know what I was thinking." I said trying to make things better. "Bay!!! Get your ass out here I need you!" He yelled. I heard Bella scream and hug me to her. "Don't leave me!" She sobbed. "Never." I made a promise to myself. As long as she needed me, I'll always be there.

    I heard sirens as I tried to move my arm before screaming out from pain. "SHE'S ALIVE!! DON'T WORRY WE'LL GET YOU OUT!!" I heard someone yell but I was far away.
