Chapter 12

Demi's POV

Lexi was talking to her mom about being homeschooled in the living room and I sat in the kitchen. I know I shouldn't, but I was listening in to see how things went.
*conversation between Lexi and her mom*

"Mom, can I be homeschooled?"

"Why?"

"Because I don't want to deal with people giving me hate just because I'm with Demi... It isn't fair."

"Lexi... I'm sorry, but you can't be homeschooled."

"What?! Why not?!"

"Because I said so! I hate to know that you're hurting at school, but you can't be homeschooled. I'm sorry Lexi.."

"If you hated that I was being hurt at school, you wouldn't be forcing me to keep going!"
*end of conversation*

Lexi came into the kitchen sobbing. I quickly got up and pulled her into my arms. She was hurt, and there wasn't a thing I could but be there for her. I wish I could make her problems go away, but that is impossible. Why did she have to hurt? I started to tear up, but quickly blinked them away.
" Shh.. Baby.. I love you.. I'm so sorry you have to deal with this... But I have a plan... I will only go through with it if it's okay with you though. But we can talk about it later. Right now, I'm going to hold you. I love you so much Lexi."

She pushed her face into my neck, and continued to cry. "I... love... you.. too.. Dem..." She managed inbetween sobs. I lifted her head and put my lips against hers. She responded immediately licking my lips with her tongue, asking for entrance. I opened my mouth slightly allowing her tongue in to explore. She had stopped crying and pulled back. "Demi.. You are the most amazing girlfriend anyone could ever ask for. And I love you so much." She smirked and her hand made her way down to my butt and gently squeezed it before pushing her lips against mine immediately forcing her tongue in my mouth.
"Lex... How about we go upstairs?" I mentioned it knowing she would.
"Awwh, is my baby wanting more of this?" She said it and smirked while grabbing my hand and leading me to our room.

We got to the room and she locked the door behind us. She hugged me from behind and whispered in my ear,"I love you so much..".

POV Lexi

I led her to the bed and she sat down as I climbed onto her lap and kissed her neck. She moaned slightly and slid her hands under my shirt onto my sides. She started to take my shirt off and I quickly pulled back.
"I'm sorry babe... I can't... I'm not even 18 yet..." I feel like I just led her on just to shut her down. Crap. " Please don't be mad... I ju.."

She cut me off and pecked my lips. "Lexi.. I love you so much. And if you aren't ready I totally respect that.. I can wait. No. I will wait. I will wait as long as you want. I respect you so much and I am never going to force you into anything." She smiled and I giggled.

"Baby, you have no idea how much that means. And hey, just because I'm not ready for sex, doesn't mean we can't still make out. I mean, you don't expect me to avoid those lips do you?"

Demi's POV

I was so happy to call Lexi mine. She is the world to me. She went to take a shower and I knew that when she got out, I had to talk to her about this. I had to make a decision on it by the end of the week and so I needed to ask Lexi tonight.
