Chapter 11: Patronus

     I was walking to Lupin's classroom. I wanted to see if he was okay. If he knew about Snape's essay.
     I opened the door a tiny bit because I heard him talking to someone. I listened closer. It was Harry.
     I heard him do a Patronus charm. Then he started to leave.
     When he opened the door, he saw me. He stared at me. He looked frightened. I smiled.
     "Expecto Patronum," I said.
     A beautiful, silver dog illuminated from my wand. It danced around Harry, then around me.
     We both laughed a little, then I put a finger on my lips and shushed him.
     "Don't tell anyone," I said, then walked into Lupin's classroom. My Patronus had traveled into his room and was dancing around Lupin.
     "So you saw Harry?" He said laughing.
     "Ya. You're teaching him the Patronus charm? Oh....the dementors," I realized.
     "Yes. I agreed to help him. Any way, why did you come to see me?" He asked.
     "Last night I went for a walk in the darkness. I saw Draco. He told me that his father hates him. Well, he told me that after I punched him and threatened him. Then I started walking away and he said that he knew I was seeing my dad. I told him that it takes a lot more to get to me. He smiled and I asked him why. He said 'Because we are related' What is that supposed to mean?" I told him. Lupin looked at me and smiled.
     "I think that you both have a level of...toughness that you are willing to show. He, however, hasn't shown it yet. You, on the other hand, only show it," he said, laughing again.
     "You are just like your father, Brooke. I know that he is proud of you," Lupin said. I smiled at him.
     "Thanks Lupin," I said.
     "Oh and, do you know about Snape's essay?" I asked.
     "Oh yes. Don't worry about it. It'll be okay," he said sorrowly. I smiled at him.
     I walked back to Gryffindor Tower. I went in the common room and saw Scabbers. I jumped and caught him.
     "Hello, Peter," I snarled.
     I then dropped him because he but me! Ron ran it and caught him again.
     "Sorry Brooke! Scabbers does that a lot," He said then went back to the boy's dormitories.
      Well, Peter knows now that I know who he is. Better that than nothing.
