So more important people (I hope)

Also, if you know me, then a certain shirt will definitely be making an appearance.

If you don't, go with it. It doesn't really matter.

~~~~~~
I woke up at around one.
For a second, I lay there. Then it hit me, and I jumped up and ran to the kitchen, just reassuring myself that it was real. It was.
My stomach rumbled, and I realised that I had no food. I double checked the cupboards, and there was a fork, a spoon, a spatula, a pan and a plate-cup-and-bowl set, but no food. Ugh. So I had to go find a supermarket or something. I'd shower first, I decided, heading straight for what was already becoming my favourite room in the apartment.
After having a really quick shower- food is important, I was hungry!- I pulled on some worn cutoffs and a (really old) spiderman PJ top I nicked from Dylan. I sorted out my backpack, grabbed my key card and a hat and left, practically slamming the door, with my headphones in.
I quickly found a Starbucks, stopping there first, mostly because it was something familiar. This city is unbelievably massive.
The lunch rush was still in full swing, so the queue was long. When the server reached me, I almost laughed- what was it with Starbucks and good looking guys?
I ordered my caramel frappe, paid, and smiled as he scribbled my name on the clear cup. I moved up the counter, putting my other earphone in and tapping along on the wood. Starbucks boy handed me my cup and I smiled again and said a thanks I didn't hear over the bass pounding in my ears.
The back of the coffee shop was kinda crowded, so I slipped in between the people in line and sat at one of the tables at the front, one that had only one chair. I draped my jacket over the back of my chair, dumping my bag and sipping my drink before settling down to call Darci- it wasn't 'as soon as you land' but hey.
Before I got a chance click her icon, a shadow fell across the table and I looked up, shading my eyes. Before me were two guys- very good looking, might I add.
One was shorter, about my height, with brown eyes and dark hair which was styled across his forehead. He had a bit of a beard, and he looked about twenty, twenty one.
His friend was quite a bit taller, maybe 6'2, and he had a head of blonde hair styled into a quiff and amazing blue eyes. He wasn't much older, despite his height. I mean, damn. I was probably staring.
The blonde one gestured, clearly asking if he and his friend could sit at the other end of the table. I looked around to see the shop packed for the lunchtime rush, and nodded quickly. They sat down, and I went back to my phone, only to mentally facepalm as I realised that I should have taken my headphones out. Great. Now they thought I was a bitch.
I shook it off, finding Darci's contact on Skype and dialling, unplugging my headphones so I could hold it to my ear.
"Guesswhatguesswhatguesswhat!" The voice said, at high speed and as soon as it picked up.
"What, darce?" I laughed.
"Neive is gonna have a baby!" Neive was darci's stepsister, and even though there was a nine year age gap, the two were best friends.
"Oh congrats!"
"Mhmm. So how's la? Meet anyone? Is it nice? Ohh, do you live near the beach? Or Hollywood?"
"Darce, breathe," I chuckled. "Gorgeous, yes, yes, I don't know, I don't know where anything is." We tended to do things in lists, but that one was fast, even for her standards.
"Oh. Okay. Can you call me when you do? I wanna know," she whined
"Yes, promise."
"Mkay. I'm gonna go eat." This didn't surprise me. Darci ate all the time, and she still stayed slim. We both said goodbye, and she ended the call.
As soon as as she hung up, I put my head on my arms. I missed her a bit already, but she promised to call everyday. And hey- America!
"You okay?" I looked up, surprised. It was the blonde boy, and he had apparently noticed.
"Um, yeah, no worries."
"Ya sure?" He had a nice voice.
"Uh huh. I just have an excitable friend, who can be quite tiring to talk to if you aren't used to it. I guess I'm not right now- she's in England" I added.
"We know how that feels, coughKirstycough" he said , looking at his friend. He just smirked.
I raised an eyebrow, before pointing at my cup.
"Rory"
"Rory?" The shorter one asked. "Isn't that a boys name?" His voice was clear, and just as nice.
"Yeah, well, it's better than Aurora."
They both shrugged.
"I'm Scott, and this is Mitch." The blonde one said.
Mitch waved excitedly, and I laughed, waving back.
"Hi, Scott and Mitch, what brings you here this fine day?" I said in an exaggerated British accent.
"Well, mitchie here and I decided that we would go for -" scott tried and failed to imitate me but at this point he just couldn't continue, and we all burst out laughing.
Once we got our breath back, I asked them where the closest supermarket was.
"Not far, we need to go too. Wanna come with?" Mitch asked. I agreed, and so we all grabbed jackets and drinks, I slung my backpack over my shoulder, and we all headed out into the afternoon sun.
~~~~~~

There was a lot of dialogue in this, and I'm not sure if that's a good thing or not.

Anyways, Scott and Mitch are here. Like I said, I needed people, and these are awesome people.

It's pretty long, but it seemed like an okay place to end it. I'm not totally happy with it, but I've re written it about five times, and it's like, 11:30 and I'm just sitting here thinking 'I will continue my routine- it will be up by midnight!'

Anyhow, thanks for reading.
