(Y/n) stared at the amazing creature in front of her. She has never seen something so wonderful than this. She smiled. The sight was beautiful but scary,as well. He came closer. (Y/n) hid more behind the fabric so he couldn't see her. She was slightly scared of him but also fascinated. 'I wish i could talk to him..' she thought. 'But he will probably crush me...he is really tall and...scary..and-' suddenly her thoughts were cut off by the man's hand. She gasped as she saw his hand reaching for the fabric she was hiding. She moved and hid behind a tea cup. (Y/n) continued to watch him. His eyes...they were so...so huge and bright. She couldn't believe it, they were so magical and wondrous...(Y/n) smiled again. Though her smile faded when she saw his hands. They were full of cuts...probably from the sewing...that made her think of her cuts...she sighed and she started to sob and cry.

Hatter's POV:

I was working on a hat,when suddenly i heard something.It wasn't too loud,but i could hear it. It sounded like someone was crying...maybe it was from my mind. No,no it wasn't! I heard also some mattering and sobbing....i stood up and looked around. I didn't see anybody. I went to the window but nobody was there. I turned around and i faced my desk....and just then my eye caught something. There was something on my desk or maybe...someone! I went closer. There was a tiny crying girl curled up in ball. I looked at her with sympathy. 'How did she get in here?' I thought. She didn't see me because, she had her hands on her eyes. I took a breath and decided to speak "Are you okay?" I asked softly so i wouldn't scare her. She raised her head slowly. Her eyes widened.  Mine did that as well. '(Y/n)...' i thought. I knew who she was. I've been waiting for her a long time...and now she is here,in front of me..well a little small but that's okay...She stood up and she started to run. "Wait!" I said. But she didn't stop running. I went after her. She was close to the edge of my desk,I stopped running and watched her carefully, she turned around to face me. "Hey....it's okay" i said,but she took another step back. "Come on,...come here" she took another step and then another and she fell down backwards. I fell on the floor and opened my hands to catch her. Luckily i didn't miss her. But she felt really cold. She started to crawl out from my hand,but i caught her in my grip, not tight but enough strong to not let her go. She struggled to get out of my grip but her actions failed. I reached my other hand to touch her which caused her to whimper. I started to softly touch her with my fingertips "Shh, it's okay" i hushed her. "I'm not gonna hurt you...i promise....i promise (y/n)..."

(Y/n)'s POV:

I widened my eyes...did he know my name?  I looked down. He continued to touch me gently on my head. I finally calmed down.... He was huge compared to me. I couln't believe that he doesn't want to crush me or anything...i breathed heavily."It's okay.." he said once again. My scars hurt. I felt really dizzy,i haven't sleep for two days now...his voice soothed me...relaxed me i closed my eyes and i rested my head on his hand.

Hatter's POV:

She fell asleep. She seemed so tired and weak. I opened my hand and then i noticed....There were a lot of cuts and scars on her,some really big and others really small. The big ones seemed to be caused by the Bandersnatch. Only that creature can have so sharp claws. But those on her hand seemed really different from the huge ones. They were thin and had a weird shape. They seemed caused from...a knife! 'I will ask her tomorrow.
I stepped out of my workshop and headed for my room. When i entered it i closed the door quietly and i placed (y/n) gently on my bed. I added a blanket over her and watched her while she was sleeping. She looks so peaceful when she sleeps...i smiled. I layed down on my bed beside her,carefully not to wake her up. I rubbed her gently on the back and then i fell asleep.
