Ugg, I'm sorry for the poor soul that has to clean that up.

"Oh.MY.GOD!" One of the girls, obviously the one that wasn't knocked out cold, dropped a jaw in awe.

'Yeah babe, I'm super strong', I kiss my muscles. A force from the back pushed me forward, I turn to see my summoned Liger, he nudged me playfully.

Then a wave of fatigue hit me. I hit the floor face first, the sudden shock of pain to my face.

I pushed myself off the floor, disoriented, I supposed I pushed up too fast. The banging was loud, it could've been in my head or not, there was a sudden flash of light and I was blinded, through survival habit I used what little mana I had to conjure up a volley of lightning bolts and they homed in on the source of the light.

Be it monster or man, strike first and I'll ask questions later. In my disorientation, I hadn't realised the source of the light was the outside, and I was in a dark room. I pulled the door open and release the second volley of lightning bolts, Zeus would be proud. The older girl held a younger girl and they trash around on the asphalt road to avoid the oncoming strikes of lightning. I halt the remaining lightning bolts mid-strike as I realised that these fellows are fellow humans.

The older girl looks up staring daggers at me, " ARE YOU CRAZY!"

"..."

"We save your ass and that's how you repay us, by trying to kill us!"

Ughh she's screaming too loud, the banging is getting loud and there is something coming up my throat.

"Just a second poppet," I raised a hand to stop her yapping before I retch and vomit my last meal, it looks even worse than it went down.

"Ugh, gross!" She steps back a whole lot.

Sometime, and a whole lot of air freshener later, I return to my little room with the girls, and I assume them to be sisters, we were sitting on the ground provided, not a lot of chairs of space for them in this shack they stuck me in. They offered me some food 'snacks'.

I feel like I've seen this girl before, "Have we meet?"

She shook her head.

We all just sat there staring at each other for awhile. The awkward silence was scraping away what little sanity I had left, "You've got something on your mind, so spill the beans poppet. "

She was silent for a while, then, " You made lightning, how?"

"I wished upon a star, " I replied with a serious no bull shit face.

"You're lvl 34, how'd you get so strong?"

The fuck, is she a policewoman of something, " Am I under arrest officer?"

"I watch people die, others got taken to be eaten or..."

She didn't need to complete that, " My sister and I didn't go through all that just to die out here and I'm no little girl that needs protecting, I need power, like yours. So tell us how to get power like that."

"..."

"Say something!"

"If you shut it for a little while poppet, the banging would stop and I'd be able to answer all the questions disturbing your pretty little head."

I sigh as I lay my head back and try to ease a migraine. I ripped open the packs of snacks in my hand and I summon a single lightning bolt, with just this one bolt and my mastery class I can manage without raising this migraine. I shoot it at the small pile of wood at the corner and I empty the snack in them and knelt to pray.

"I hope you enjoy the meal Big-guy-in-the-chair if so, care to help out my sorry ass again, amen." The flames turned to lighting and the snacks were devoured in a flash.

"..."

I rest back as a migraine slowly easy. Good Zeus wasn't useless after all, the gave me a recovery buff.

"You want power right, poppet. Well you need to get down on your knees offer up your food and ask any one of those old farts in the chair for their assistance, and one of 'em well help out you and your sister's sorry assess."

"... explain now?"
