Y/N's POV

"Baby, your phone is ringing." Yelled my girlfriend from the kitchen. I walked over to the kitchen and picked up my phone, but not before kissing my girlfriend on the cheek. 

"Hello?" 

"Heyyyy Dawg." Said Dinah, more like screamed.

"Dj, I love you, but why do you always have to be so loud?" 

"Shut up hoe, I was wondering if you'd like to go to the movies today at 8?"

"Sure, but can you pick me up? My car is at the shop. Oh, and is anyone else going to be there?" I asked.

"Sure, I'll pick you up. And no, it's just you and I." 

"Alright see you later." I hung up and walked over to my girlfriend who was cooking. I placed sweet kisses on her neck and put my arms around her waist. She turned around and gave me a peck on the lips.

"I want to take you on a date tonight, just you and I." She said.

"I'd love to babe, but maybe another time? Dinah and I are going to the movies tonight." Her face went from a smile to a frown as soon as I said that. 

"Oh okay then, have fun." She said coldly and wiggled out of my grip, going back to making the food. I decided to just give her some time to cool off.

~8:00~

Lauren's POV

Y/N and Dinah have been hanging out every day for the past week. Rumors have been spreading everywhere online that Dinah and Y/N are dating. No one knows about our relationship because management won't let us come out. Am I jealous? Yes, of course I'd be jealous. I don't want people to think that my girl is with someone else.

"Baby, Dinah is here. I'm leaving now." She walked up to me and tried to kiss me but I turned my head so she ended up kissing my cheek. 

"Babe what's wrong?" She asked confused.

"Nothing, hope you have fun with Dinah." You could clearly see that venom was laced in my words and I was clearly upset. I stomped upstairs to our shared bedroom, slammed the door and started crying.

Y/N's POV

I sighed loudly and went outside to Dinah's car as she rolled down her window.

"Sorry DMac, Lauren is upset and I can't go. Maybe some other time?"

"It's alright, go get your girl." She winked at me and drove back home. 

I walked inside our house and went to our shared bedroom. I turned the handle only to find it locked. I put my ear against the door and heard sobs coming from the inside. I felt really bad and my heart broke.

"Lo, can you please open the door?" The door flew open and Lauren jumped into my arms, sobbing uncontrollably and getting my shirt wet with tear stains. I held her tightly and walked us into the room, laying down on the bed and bringing her down with me.

"What's wrong baby girl." I asked 

"Th-there a-re rumors about you a-and Dinah. They w-were sa-saying that you guys were dating." I held her tighter and whispered sweet words into her ear while rocking her back and forth.

"Baby, you know they're not true right? Sure, I love Dinah, but not like that." 

"I-I know, I'll admit th-that I got a b-bit jealous because y-you guys have been hanging out a lot."

"Baby, if you ever feel like something is wrong then come and talk to me about it okay?" I whispered into her ear, kissing it gently.

"Okay, can I still take you on that date though?" She asked looking up at me with puffy eyes from all the crying. I chuckled but nodded my head.

~~~1 week later~~~

I unlocked the door to our house and walked in. My girlfriend greeted me with a hug and a peck on the lips.

"Hey baby." 

"Hi babe, why are you 2 hours late today?" She asked

"Dinah and I decided to get some ice cream and hang out for a bit."

"O-oh okay." She gave me a small smile and tried to walk away but I grabbed her by the waist and kissed her passionately. When oxygen became a problem, we pulled away but our foreheads were still touching.

"I'm proud of you." I gave her one last peck.

"Y-you are? But why?" She tilted her head like a confused puppy.

"Because you decided to talk to me about it and not make assumptions or get upset."  She gave me a small smile and hugged me.

"I love you Y/N/N." she whispered.

"I love you too princess."
