AUTHORS NOTE: I'm sorry that I have mostly only been writing what has happened in The Lion King movie but I will continue with new parts soon so don't stop reading just because you think that this is just telling what happens in the movie. I will write more of my own parts. 😁

Timon's POV

The next day...

"Look Timon, buzzards." Says my best friend Pumbaa. Well he's actually my only friend. "What do you say, one more round?"

"Oh sure, there must be some part of me we haven't injured yet." I say sarcastically.

"Oh pleeeeeaaase? Oh please-oh please-oh please-oh please-oh please?" He begs.

"Nah Pumbaa I'm beat, you go ahead. I'm calling it a day."

"But it's no fun alone." Pumbaa begins to cry.

I jump on his back. "Oh why not, one more run won't change our lives!"

Riding Pumbaa, we dive into the midst of the buzzards. We slap and kick the buzzards all away. "Heeyyyaaaahh!! Get out! Get out! Get outta here!!!! Whoo!"

"I love it! Bowling for buzzards!"

I laugh then dust myself off. "Gets 'em every time."

Pumbaa looks at something that the buzzards must have been pecking at. "Uh-oh. Hey Timon. You better come look. I think it's still alive."

"Yeewgh!..."

I walk to the front of it. "All righty, what have we got here?" I smell the creature.

I struggle trying to lift its paw to see what the creature is. I get under it and with a great push get it above my head. I see its face.
"Jeez, it's a lion!" I jump up on Pumbaa, yanking his ears. "Run Pumbaa! Move it!"

"Hey, Timon. It's just a little lion. Look at him. He's so cute, and all alone! Can we keep him?"

I yell into Pumbaa's ear, which creates a reverberating effect. "Pumbaa, are you nuts?! We're talking about a lion. Lions eat guys like us."

"But he's so little." Pumbaa leans over to regard the lion cub, and accidentally dumps me from his head.

"He's gonna get bigger." I point out to him."

"Maybe he'll be on our side."

"A--Huh! That's the stupidest thing I ever heard. Maybe he'll b-- ...Hey, I got it! What if he's on our side? You know, having a lion around might not be such a bad idea." I climb back on Pumbaa's head.

"So we keeping 'im?" Asked Pumbaa.

"Pfffft. Of course. Who's the brains in this outfit?"

Pumbaa scoops the cub up on his tusks. "Uhhh...."

"My point exactly. Jeez, I'm fried. Let's get out of here and find some shade."

Pumbaa trots over to a pool of water near by.

Pumbaa laid the lion cub near the water. I splash some water in its face and the cub awakes.

"You okay, kid?" I ask.

"I guess so." The cub answers.

"You nearly died." Said Pumbaa.

"I saved you." I say
